Every time I go to this Taco Bell they never cease to amaze me! Their customer service is horrible for one! They always have rude faces on, they act like they can’t be bothered taking orders or making the food. They make me feel completely uncomfortable every time I walk in there. They don’t know how to make half the food, the burritos don’t even look like burritos, they just slop everything together because they can’t be bothered. It’s unbelievable! The place is always dirty. The tables and chairs are never wiped down. The floor is sticky. The walls have food on them and there’s spider webs in the corners! It’s unreal! Please start cleaning this place and make it presentable for customers or hire new employees who actually care about their job/customers!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have continuously fooled myself into thinking this Taco Bell was up to par with others, but have proven myself wrong time and time again. When continually giving them chances to get my orders right – and with them failing – it’s clear to not entrust them any longer. They don’t serve the right meats that are ordered, but then charge extra anyway. The wait is long, the food is subpar, and the experience is not worth it. Two thumbs down, 0 stars given. Avoid!!!!

I am a big fan of Taco Bell and usually drive to Hackettstown as they always have done a very good job with my order. This one is down the street from me so I decided to wait a bit while they worked out their start up issues as I assumed they would have some. I finally stopped by today and tried the drive-thru. My order was priced as expected but when I got home I realized they didn’t give me the hot sauce I requested or even napkins. The ladies at the window weren’t overly friendly either. They can do a better job at that. The food was ok. I drove 5 mins to my house and the food was barely warm. Flavor wasn’t terrible and for the most part the veggies were fairly fresh. I’ll try it again in a few months.

Went through drive-up and the worker was massaging and touching a dog in the car in front on me. She then proceeded to prepare food without washing her hands. Of course I requested to speak to a manager as my children are allergic to dogs and I didn’t want the worker handling my food after what I witnessed. The workers was also using the same gloves to prepare food, handle cash, touch doorknobs, etc… The owner was dismissive when I contacted him.

The lady working the drive-through on 1/27 at 12pm was very rude she entered my order in wrong and when i tried to ask her to fix it she cut me off from talking and tried to tell me i was wrong then when she looked at it and seen she was wrong she didn’t even apologize and i also asked for no tomatoes and clearly she didn’t listen
