First visit: I ordered online for 4 people. When I showed up at the drive thru, I was asked to pull around and my order would be brought out to me since they needed a few minutes for the meat to cook. I offered to come inside but they assured me it would be brought out to me.
I parked out front and lost track of time… when I realized that I had been waiting over 20 minutes, I decided to go in to see what was going on. My order had been sitting on the indoor take out shelves!
I brought soggy Taco Bell home and when everyone opened their meals, I was disappointed with how sloppy everything looked and how little there was on every taco, burrito, and quesadilla. Everything was underfilled.
I regret giving them a second chance, but decided to order from this location tonight because it was the most convenient way to feed my child between appointments. The quesadilla was, yet again, underfilled, and the cantina chicken taco had very little chicken but a lot of cheese, mostly melted above and on the sides of the taco.
Needless to say, there are so many other food options in this area (and other Taco Bell locations) so I will not be ordering from this location again.
do not go unless you like fuzz in your taco.
After waiting way too long, I finally drove up to the window just to see what was going on. Instead of a simple apology, the staff had an attitude and were incredibly rude. The way I was treated felt disrespectful and honestly came across as discriminatory. I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant before.
Customer service used to mean something. If employees don’t want to help customers, they shouldn’t be working the drive-thru. Very disappointing experience and I won’t be coming back to this location.
