I recently had the misfortune of eating at Taco Bell. The restaurant was unkempt and unsanitary, and I felt uncomfortable sitting in the dining area. The food was horribly put together and tasted terrible. The ingredients were stale and the Mexican pizza tasted uncooked as it was very cold. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal.

Eat first before coming here. If you walk in and order something be prepared for wait a long time. It seems like you are not even a customer as they are doing all the uber eats and drive-thru orders first. My order seemed to be forgotten about. It didn’t end there… there is no way to back up.due to the drive thru line. And I did manage to back up, but there is no exit unless you go through the drive thru. Just one big mess. It is most likely not the employees fault because it’s just too much volume going through this place. I think they need to build another one.

Taco Bell is one of the top performing fast food restaurants in the country. But my preferences the Taco Bell in Garwood on South Avenue. That has always been my favorite. Haven’t been there in some time but it still has some of the best service that you can receive at a Taco Bell and I rate them a five star. Anna who’s been the manager there for some time has always done a phenomenal job. But like I say I haven’t been there in quite some time I hope that she’s still managing the store. I work for Taco Bell doing their landscaping for 35 years in Northeast in North Jersey. And I’ve always been treated very well by the company. And I give yum a five-star rating

I’ve pretty much lost my patience with them. It’s the only Taco Bell near my house and I do love Taco Bell but the staff there are completely incompetent. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve ordered something with substitutions or add one which I pay extra for and they just completely ignore it. I’m honestly tired of it at this point that store alone owes me about $50 probably more from the amount of times I’ve paid extra to have something added to my food and they didn’t do it. When I’ve ordered through door dash or the app I’ve reported the restaurant and nothing ever gets resolved and they do this all the time. At first I thought maybe it was me forgetting to put it but it’s only this location if I go to the one 30 minutes away in linden NJ it’s fine but I shouldn’t have to drive 30 minutes to get Taco Bell and have my order made right. This ongoing problem needs to be solved weather it’s getting new staff or the manager talking to the staff now whatever the fix is it has to be done or else I don’t see myself going to this location ever again

I’m still waiting for my order as I write this. I ordered food for pickup at a specific time, arrived early and gave them the name for the order and after twenty minutes, it’s still not ready. While waiting, another gentleman demanded a refund because he had been waiting for over 20 minutes and needed to leave. Another customer left with his food, only to come back in and say they forgot to items. I’m the only customer in the building, there’s a whole team of employees working back there yet I can’t imagine what is taking so long for all these orders. Customer service is not their strong suit.

Another stop at a taco bell to quench the craving, tacos, burritos and quesadillas are my go to’s. This store was clean and service was fast, friendly and courteous. They all carry a full menu so you can always have what you are wanting to eat.

A woman night manager yelled at my boyfriend who does doordash/uber to go inside the store next time he has a pickup BEFORE midnight (apparently this isn’t a new thing and it’s always been a rule) we’ll low and behold the door is LOCKED and no one picked up the phone after calling multiple times and the drive through had 10+ plus cars in it. Great job guys
