My fiancee ordered us dinner from here on doordash. She is strict vegetarian and ordered a luxe cravings box with a black bean only crunchwrap. She was given a black bean crunchwrap with seasoned beef when she bit into it. I ordered a seasoned beef crunchwrap for myself, however these were not marked as they usually are at any other taco bell, and it was put inside of her cravings box. Horrible service and whoever put this order together deserves some sort of consequence.

I went to this Taco Bell for lunch and it was the best taco bell experience I have had in decades. The food tasted fresh, it was hot, and there was a decent amount of meat in all the items. Literally the only experience I can remember involving TB which beats this is the time I ran into Sebastian Bach from Skid Row in your Eatontown location back in 2003. Well done my dudes. Well done.

I ordered and paid, then I was asked what I ordered. Everything was visible on their display, but they still asked me. Then they gave me the order. When I started eating, there was hair in it. When I showed it to them, they said, “This is cheese.” I gave them back their food. They didn’t ask me even once, “Can we give you more food?” I don’t have extra money to pay. I will never come to this Taco Bell again.

Was one of two cars in the drive thru. Ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito, a chicken quesadilla and a Baja blast. Nothing crazy.
Chicken quesadilla was cold, wasn’t cut, and barely had chicken in it. I put it in my oven at home, but should have had it replaced, but because I ate a bite, I didn’t do so.
The beefy 5 layer burrito wasn’t what I ordered at all. It had chicken, tomatoes and potatoes in it.
I also did not get a receipt.
I called the store and the woman on the phone seemed like she didn’t care. I told her I was coming back to replace the burrito.
I get there, and the young man behind the counter said they were backed up, which didn’t feel like was the truth since when I returned there were no cars in the drive thru and only one couple inside, but he replaced my burrito.
I rarely get fast food, and this is probably the reason why. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had at this taco bell, and I usually brush off bad experiences, but this was really unacceptable.

Very very disappointing.. very sloppy job to make veggie pizza…hardly any beans in it…please see pics.
