Seriously, stop by this place. I’m here on a Tuesday night, listening to live music, eating more than I probably should, and being treated like one of the regulars on my very first time here.
The chef came out to make sure all patrons were happy, the vibe is super chill, and Ryan the bartender is taking personal pride in his work.
10/10 will come back. Often.
Immediately waiter was rude when my mother was awaiting for her party to arrive as they tell her she will lose the table if we don’t show up.
Upon sitting down, we waited 15 minutes to receive menus, we waited for another 15 minutes to receive just waters and none of the other drinks. Finally would receive all drinks except one after 5+ trips and 3 different server and over 45 total minutes. I never have needed to remind someone over 10 times of what was ordered (mind this is just for the drinks)
We place our orders (3 of us) and it took 30 minutes to receive one order with no sides. Just the sandwich alone. 10 minutes later, fries and beans arrive but still no other food for the other 2 people with me. Finally receive those orders about 15 minutes my sandwich was ready. Ribs showed up Cold. Couldn’t get silverware for another 10 minutes. It was plain awful.
Food was good though. I could go on but overall this was HANDS DOWN, the MOST disorganized establishment. I requested a discount of some sort, she agrees and then she hands me back the card reader with the same total amount like I couldn’t remember the original amount
Save yourself the hassle and just go whenever an event is not being held
My aunt and I love BBQ and were excited to support a local business near her house. I have never felt so ripped off and price gouged…$18.50 for a sandwich with one single slice of beef brisket!
We placed our to go order at 7:15PM. They didn’t close until 9:00PM. If the food looked this poor, the kitchen should have never even served it (see photos).
BEEF BRISKET SANDWICH WITH MAC & CHEESE INCLUDED $18.50
•BEEF BRISKET: Was so dry and had the texture of beef jerky. My aunts knife wouldn’t even cut through it.
•SANDWICH ROLLS: So dry, they fell apart when we attempted to cut the sandwich.
•MAC & CHEESE: The pasta was mushy, dry, and had absolutely no cheese flavor.
The meat was tender and flavorful (we tried just about every kind they had, and brought some home for the kiddos). The corn bread was sweet and moist. The sauces were great too! We will be back!
The owner says they typically have live music on Fridays and Saturdays (we were here on a Wednesday during a Suns game, so it was kinda quiet).
