This Taco bell is very un highgenic. They mix meat with veggie stuff . Be careful before you eat . Make sure what they putting inside. Today I ordered veggie crunch wrap they mixed meat into that crunch wrap . I never had this kind of junk service after 30 minutes wait they gave me mixed meat wrap .

I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding an unacceptable incident that occurred during our dine-in visit at 901 st George Ave, Woodbridge township NJ 07095.
We placed our order in advance and explicitly selected “No Meat / No Chicken” due to our strict religious dietary restrictions. Despite these clear instructions, the food served to us by your staff contained chicken and eaten by our daughter where she brought this issue to our attention.
This caused significant emotional distress to our family, as consuming meat is strictly prohibited by our religious beliefs.
This is not a minor error. It represents a serious failure in order accuracy, staff accountability, and respect for customers’ religious requirements. Such mistakes should never occur when dietary instructions are clearly selected and visible to staff.
We request the following:
Appropriate compensation for the distress caused before we proceed with legal action.
Escalation of this matter to restaurant management and corporate leadership
We trust Taco Bell to uphold customer safety, accuracy, and respect for religious sensitivities. We expect this matter to be treated with urgency and seriousness.
We have attached this two photographs showing order and food delivered to us where we have 2 other video captured confession of that store management to proceed with legal action where our religious restrictions was violated.

The service at this Taco Bell is terrible. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers and acted like taking orders was a burden. I stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, even though employees were clearly walking around behind the counter.
Once my order was finally taken, it took an unusually long time to get the food, and no one provided any updates or apologies for the wait. The employees looked disorganized and there didn’t seem to be any sense of urgency.
Fast food is supposed to be quick and convenient, but the service here makes the whole experience frustrating. This location seriously needs better management and staff training. I won’t be coming back.
The person in the picture in particular was extremely rude and had very bad attitude.

I had this complaints before multiple times. I brought it up to the store manager previously she said it won’t happen again and issued a refund for my food. But it keeps happening. They keep adding meat to my food even though I am a vegetarian. I don’t want a refund i want a solution to this and religious beliefs to be taken seriously by the staff

This Taco Bell is in the best location would be so convenient but the wait is horrible. PLEASE needs to be better managed, change the systems, staff more, add more space in the kitchen SOMETHING. I actively don’t go here because the drive through line is so slow they just leave you there without answering the window. Or I ordered a grab and go order that said would take 5 minutes on the app, got there at 10 minutes to give them time, and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. I love Taco Bell please

Magda is the absolute best!!! I put my order in online for the edison location on 1&9 ….but no I didn’t I actually put it in for the edison location on woodbridge ave… all I saw was woodbridge and assumed it was the original location before I changed my store to edison (avenel/ woodbridge) when I got to this location after already going to edison 1&9 location I was shown is woodbridge Ave in edison…Magda made me my entire order fresh even tho I had put my original order in hours ago and was there to pickup my soggy crunch wrap and flat baha blast zero on principle because I paid for it and the phones service was useless… but Magda change my entire night.

I’m actually concerned about the other people in these comments claiming they enjoy this Taco Bell, I do not know what was in my food, but 1) It was cold 2) I liquidated my stomach. I have never from the millions of places I’ve eaten at had my stomach act the way it did after eating this Taco Bell’s food, and other people I know spoke on the same issue. Management either needs to be reviewed and overseen. Or this place needs to shut down because Taco Bell will never get another cent out of me.

I wish I had taken photos. The people are great at this location but the Taco Bell menu is not easy to veganize. E.g. when you customize a chalupa and skip the chicken, you have no choice of adding black beans. You have to add them as extra! When you veganize a burrito and remove cheese, chicken, sour cream and nacho sauce, there is no reduction in price and the added beans are so little in quantity that you are basically chewing on a cold tortilla. A soft taco is a better choice in this case. Taco Bell should offer a free substitution for each ingredient.
