I’ve only come here twice and both times it’s been terrible. The first time I came I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes saying, “hello,” with no response. When I finally get a response, I get attitude. I get my food and as I’m about to ask for the sauce, the lady just closes the window as I’m speaking. I don’t live too close but I’ve come by whenever I’m visiting friend. If I make modifications on the app then why are they never made right? The second time I come to this location, I ask for no avocado ranch sauce and what do I get? My food COVERED in avocado ranch sauce with a side of attitude.

I went to this Taco Bell today and had a very unpleasant experience. The employee on the drive-thru speaker was rude and unprofessional. I politely asked for a moment to get our order together since there was no one else in line or inside the store and she told us we had to drive around because she couldn’t take our order due to a “timer.” The way it was handled came across as very nasty and unnecessary, and it made the experience uncomfortable.

This place always looks great. I was wary of the service because of my last visit and almost went all the way to Orange, but I buckled up and gave East Orange another shot.
I’m happy to say that although they looked a little short-staffed (I think they always are), my food was great this time around. Cheez-it wrap tastes good until you get to the end, and I don’t know why, but it felt like it smelled like old puke. Not a knock on the food or the crew. It’s my opinion on the dish, and I wish you could swap the burrito. Zero greens in it make me nauseous.
Overall, I am very impressed with the remarkable difference in service and food. I’m glad that my city got a nice Taco Bell haha.

Ordered delivery on the app, just know that it takes an hour + to get your food, or in my case it just never even shows up!! Absolutely ridiculous, and I can’t get a refund for it yet because apparently y’all are “ still making the food”… after an hour? Nothing as fast as this “ fast food” place huh.

I was really put off by how I saw the 2 young customers treated in front of me the other day. They ordered 2 Mexican pizzas and 2 drinks. They received their pizzas and empty cups at the same time. They soon learned the self service drink machine was turned off. They very politely tried to get some assistance- specifically to get their drinks filled behind the counter since the machine appeared off or broken. The workers literally ignore them- staring right at them aggressively- and all of a sudden it gets very awkward. After 5-6 minutes of them trying to decide if they want cold pizza or dry mouths an english speaking employee appears and turns on the soda machine. Meanwhile, I can hear the employees in the back making fun of the 2 girls in Spanish. All the customers wanted was their drinks. They were courteous and patient and didn’t deserve (nor were they aware) that they were being made fun of. I won’t be back.

I ordered my food 2 double beef cheese burrito and a number 2 supreme. I asked if the burrito had beans he said no, told me how it was made. I pull up buddy on his phone. I finally pay and get my food , I should’ve known better and checked. But, since he repeated it I figured he got it correct. I get home bite my burrito and you know what it had beans!!! Now I had to go back get the correct burrito and now my other food is cold! A do top of that I paid $2 difference for his mistake.

I love Taco Bell in union city on JFK Blvd so I saw east orange have a Taco Bell . I decided to give them a try but really had to use the restroom . Why the manager would not allow me to use the bathroom unless I order first . Very unprofessional I order a one taco instead of ordering the meal. Taco Bell in union city allow any one to use the restroom if they ordering or not. This is my first and last time coming to this Taco Bell and management can keep the taco that I ordered lost my appetite. I’ll wait till I get to North Bergen Taco Bell to get my tacos.. only in urban neighborhoods management be bias towards people with in the community. 12:40pm Saturday shift bad business

There’s a female by the name of Julia don’t know if that was her real name but she has a really nasty attitude she worked the Morning shift on 12/30/25 she has colored eyes I asked for 4 quarters after I paid for my food and she said she didn’t have it so she proceeded to the drive through register and gave change to the customer I asked her again well can I get it from that register and she told me no I don’t have change with a nasty attitude so I asked for the manager and he gave me change I will not come back here again I can’t deal with people with nasty attitudes serving my food
