I never go inside the store but for some reason to day I decided to eat inside. The customer service is horrible 3 employees see me standing at the register and not even once they they approached me to see what I wanted. I had to flag a lady to assist me and she told me that she could not take my order because she was working the drive thru. She than pointed at a guy seating behind me and said that he would have to take my order. The guys then told me that he was not going to get up to help and that it was not his job to let me know that I had to place my order on the kiosk. He saw me come in and at no time did he acknowledge me. Every one is entitled to take a brake but some one could have said hey the cashier is at lunch use the kiosk please. Not let me stand for over 10 minutes waiting. That is why sadly the work for is being replaced with machines.

Almost always make my fries fresh and I can’t explain how much I appreciate that. This visit a team member went above and beyond by having a wonderful attitude. Keep that up because it does separate the mediocre from the great! Thank you, Alyis! Sorry if I spelled your name wrong.

I stopped at DD for a coffee and decided to grab a snack. (Emphasis on “a”)
I ordered a potatoe taco. Once at the window, I asked for “a” hot sauce. The cashier repeated my request to his helper.
The Verdict: Why buy hot sauce for your home when you can stop here? ♀️
Either “a” is the new 14 or he thought all that damn hot sauce ilwould make the cold taco taste hot. ♀️

What a horrible experience. After ordering at the kiosk and waiting for around 15 minutes, our food was not even being made the whole time. They claimed to have given our order to someone in the drive-through by accident, which I don’t think is true. Then, after apologizing, they said they would make it. Then they said that there is no more Chalupa’s and it would be a five more minute wait. A half an hour later, OUR ORDER WAS STILL NOT being made! In total, we spent 50 minutes waiting for food that never came. The worker just gave up and offered to give us a refund. The lack of transparency from the workers made the experience even more frustrating. They stare at you like you’re not even there. I have never experienced anything like at any food establishment. I will never ever return here again. Take your business elsewhere!

The steak cheese fries with some sour cream on it with some onions 60 cent for each add-on. They literally count how many fries you get. I got 8 fries for $7+, not worth it.its ripped off . That’s like two mouthful

Not a bad place. Food is pretty consistent for portions. Check your nachos though. I got crumbs instead of chips. Seems to be to lazy to open a new bag to give customers a good quality product.

Two… very inconvenient to have customers come to the drive thru just to be told by 2 am they no longer take orders only mobile orders …
And by 2:30am they no longer take orders at all so the location does not stay open till 3am and you are left to rush to download app place your order and put in card information before 2:30 am. waste of a drive

Literally the nicest taco bell I’ve been in. The employees at the front actually cared about our food and were extremely friendly. My son lived the food and the employees even gave him a free frozen drink. His favorite color blue. Def def love this taco bell! 5 out of 5 stars

Everytime i order they never fail to mess up my order . I always get the wrong order . Just read the receipt and see photos for yourself ♀️ Don’t recommend eating from here , if you do make sure your order is correct before you pull off .
