I love this Taco Bell. I know it’s a fast food chain but some are definitely better than others & this is one of the better ones. The food is put together nicely, portions are not lacking, sauce isn’t lacking, it’s always hot & not cold or soggy. Whoever the manager is running this place obviously loves their employees & treats them well & keeps them happy cuz the food reflects that. Delicious!!

Aside from Taco Bell’s sterile remodeling (I miss the 90s classic style but that’s my nostalgia talking,) Taco Bell in Wallingford is almost always excellent. Staff are generally pretty great here unlike at other places (I’ve found Wendy’s and Dunkin’s staff especially rude no matter where I go. Probably because these people aren’t paid enough, so these companies need to pay their employees more!) This Tbell rarely makes mistakes and my orders are generally accurate. Food is typically hot and most of the time, they remember my sauces.

After having a horrible experience at a different location (see my Middletown review), we drove 20 minutes to this one. The staff was immediately attentive, aware, and helped me realize that the initial problem at the other place was something I overlooked. But after hearing my story, they took great care of my and my kids, despite the fact that my bad experience had nothing to do with them. I would highly recommend!

The experience here is truly once in a lifetime, because by the time you get your food, you’re already on your deathbed. Their daily average wait was over 22 minutes (as displayed on their monitor) the last time I had the misfortune of going there. It took 45 minutes for them to make my order of 4 burritos. Lastly, they are guaranteed to get at least 1 thing in your order wrong. It’s not a maybe, it is a guarantee.

I’m a regular at Taco Bell’s and this is by far THE BEST Taco Bell I’ve been to. It was so clean, quick and tasted quality. The staff was so kind and attentive.
My cousins have had multiple experiences at Taco Bell‘s where they have not made their meals vegetarian. Not only did this location get that right but they also went the extra mile to not cut into their meal with the knife they cut into meat with.
Saved this location for my next road trip 🙂

This place is always a mad house. That’s probably a good sign. Despite that, the kids who work here seem to keep up pretty well. You might have to wait for a few, but that’s any place when it’s super busy.

This location is horrible and down right rude. If you want a messed up order and rude staff come on down. Clearly have no training and a manager that is 18 years old. I will be reaching out to corporate and filing a complaint with the location.
They can’t evening read a screen and follow instructions. After 3 attempts of trying they still could not complete my order correctly.
Here is my order how hard is this.
-Two cheesy roll ups with sour cream
-two spicy potato soft tacos
-cheese quesadillas with potato
I got 1 cheesy roll up no sour cream but was charged for two plus sour cream
I got a cheese quesadilla no potato but was charged for potato
And no spicy potato soft tacos
And was charged $27.50
And sadly this was after three attempts to get the what we thought was correct.
And this is not the first issue we had here a couple weeks back another staff member did the same thing.

My experience here was horrible. Everything you gave us had beef in it. Even the ones that are originally meant to be vegetarian. We are strict vegetarians and people need to know how bad this place is.
