I was picking up an Uber Eats order, but there were a bunch of people waiting for their orders and there seemed to be some sort of confusion with a party of 4 or 5, so I was just chilling and vibing to the music while I waited. I made the mistake of ordering a drink while I waited because I’d been working for 8 hours straight and needed a pick-me-up. I saw the Rockstar “pineapple lime” and was intrigued, so I put my order in through the kiosk like the staff member asked me to. I eventually got the Uber order, but my drink still wasn’t “ready”. I thought maybe it was a special fountain drink that involved multiple steps to make. After a while longer, I noted the time and let the staff know that I’d come back for my drink because I had to go get gas at Cumberland Farms before they closed. Finally one of the other staff that had been working in the kitchen said “you just had the one Rockstar drink?” I confirmed it. Much to my shock and rage, the drink I ordered was IN A CAN. It took the staff member literally 15 seconds to just hand me the can out of the fridge. So I waited over 10-15 minutes for a can when I was trying to get two orders to customers. The staff member who took my order either didn’t know that it was just in a can – or I imagine she would have gotten it for me in seconds – or she was just being completely negligent. The icing on the cake is that the drink wasn’t even correct. Either it’s listed on the menu wrong, or I was handed the wrong item. Don’t get me wrong, it still tastes good and has pineapple in it, but it wasn’t pineapple lime. I can forgive mistakes fairly easily, but this felt inexcusable.
The employees LIED about the freezee machine being broken, like every other Taco Bell (Bristol Taco Bell included).
They didn’t know their own menu when asked questions and didn’t offer any alternatives.
Worst of all that my kid cried because they skimped out on the nacho fries seasoning that was supposed to be on my kids Nacho fries.. USUALLY the fries are covered and these fries in the picture are borderline regular fries.
They hid them at the bottom of the bag, under the napkins and the other food, making some of them squished and had to throw away..
I’m not naming their names but they were lacking communication skills and were portraying very lazy behavior.
