August 2022. STAFF is RUDE!!! They have such a bad attitude, even rolled their eyes at the window when paying and picking up the order. Ordered from the drive thru and kept getting rushed while hearing the person taking the order obviously huffing and puffing. I ordered two #1’s but asked for it to be veggie. The order was correct on the screen (see pic of receipt) but what I got were dry empty taco shells. Once we got to the window it was more annoyance as if placing an order is bothering them. It wasn’t only the cashier that rolled their eyes, a guy got close to the window and gave a look of disgust. It was almost 10pm, and I understand you’re getting paid minimum wage but if you don’t like your job that much, you really need to get a different one.

I’ve been here a few times and each time got worse. The first time, I waited in line for 20 minutes to get to the window to pickup an online order and then waited another 10 for them to make it. The second time they give me my order, without saying a single word to me, I say thank you, continue to get ignored and the window gets shut in my face. The third and will be the last time, I get home and find moldy tomatoes in my chalupa. They need to do better asap!

Today i went i got two taco and burrito pack , when i went to pick up thur drive thur they had only given us one of them and told us that it was never two order after i had showed them my receipt, they told us that it would take 10 mins and the come inside. After i went inside, i waited 20 mins and they told me it would take another 15 mins. I have waited for almost an hour for it. i don’t recommend go here. it’s service is horrible.

I was there at the counter at 2:45 on 8/21/2025. No one came to the counter to tack my order. There was a young woman that came from the dinning area, around the counter and walk across in front of me and she never stopped or said a word to me. Just walked by and ignored me. I left without ordering the tacos I was very much looking forward to eating. I drove down the road and took my money to Haven Hot Chicken.

1. If this is the way you treat a customer, then how are you treating the food.

This Taco Bell is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food was fresh.
Taco Bell is a great fast food place for vegetarians because every dish can be made vegetarian by substituting beans for beef.
Crunchwrap Supreme is the highlight of the menu here.

One of the nicer Taco Bells. They don’t skimp on the filling, and the burritos are rolled tightly. Service was quick but the dining room was empty and COLD.
