Very good Coffee Drinks and excellent service here. However, this store has several drawbacks: 1) interior is sparsely furnished, only 5 small tables available, but there’s room for more, 2) Outdoor patio has room for tables, chairs and umbrellas, but there’s nothing there, 3) NO RESTROOMS FOR CUSTOMERS!, 4) All outlets are completely blocked with steel plates. The interior is beautifully redecorated and looks inviting. The mornings are super busy with tons of customers ordering ahead, a d a very busy drive thru.

Went to this location on our way to Friendship Garden. Ordered a large latte, used the bathroom and sat in their outdoor seating. Enjoyed the latte with our malasadas from Leonard’s truck across the street. The place was not busy that morning but the staff behind the counter seemed busy, probably the drive thru. Service was just okay…it lacked enthusiasm compared to other Starbucks I’ve been to. Latte was very good!

We dined in and we were treated like a king and queen. Lana was quick and helpful. She was knowledgeable of the menu and helped me choose some good selection amidst my having still a morning brain at 9 am needing much coffee. I forgot what the breakfast sandwich was called some kind of double bacon thingamajig but it was good. I had some kind of blonde roast coffee and although I’m a dark roast guy, straight, black it was just what I needed.

The place looked great, BUSY, still happy workers … The only thing to note is that I mobile ordered and didn’t hear my name and you don’t see all the cups lined up, so I waited longer than I had to. Coffee was great!

‘Sorry, we’re out of..’ is what I hear now on average every other time I go here. Matcha. Caramel. Mocha. Pink Drink. Cookie Crumbles. Whipped Cream. Seriously, I’ve never had this experience with the dozens of other locations I’ve visited all over the country and internationally. I’ve had the occasional disappointment of not getting my sausage, egg and cheese wrap, which I understand.
It’s a shame because they just completed interior renovations. I’m sorry, but a fresh, hip look doesn’t replace the fact that your inventory control is lacking and needs serious improvement. Perhaps putting more money towards your employees and ordering product would be better than converting half of your seating space into additional storage facilities that you fail to keep properly stocked.
Today, after waiting a few minutes at the window after waiting several in a two car line, my grande mocha cookie crumble was handed to me half-melted and missing the whipped cream and mocha drizzle on top. The rep told me that they’d just ran out of whip and asked if that’s okay. I already paid. I appreciate you asking, bud, like really thanks, but if it’s not ‘okay’ what are you going to do?? What’s the sub for whip? Cold foam I guess.
Stock shortages. Often 15+ minutes plus waiting with or without a long line. Hit or miss with pleasant servers. Wasn’t this way a year or two ago. Don’t know what happened. But something isn’t right and there’s no way I’m the only person to experience this. Would love to see improvement and update my review. I’m always open to adapting.
*Disclaimer – I did take a couple sips before taking the photos. Drink was filled to proper level, minus the whip. I wanted to give benefit of the doubt about the melting but it definitely seemed I was sipping a latte and not a frappe.

Big Fish Dive Club
A tiny yet very busy Starbucks with no seatings. You can sit at the mall’s seats. The service was pretty quick.
