Reviews
Nothing about this Taco Bell is good. Please do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere!
I notice a LOT the fried foods, like taco shells, cinnamon twists etc. have this awful taste, like almost burnt and chemical taste. Not sure if it’s due to very old, unsafe frying oil, or something to do with what they use to keep the food warm. But it’s gross and raises real concern.
Their refried beans are another SUPER common one. They load these burritos up with refried beans that either have been sitting WAY too long or they didn’t put enough water in to rehydrate them. They’re so thick that you can ball it up and play with it like it’s Play-Dough. Absolutely disgusting, nothing like biting into a Beefy 5 Layer Burrito and having almost no beef in the whole thing, but a giant mouthful of SOLID beans.
Lastly what I’ve noticed is their cheese gets real funky sometimes, and it happened tonight which prompted me to finally make this review. I took a bite into a burrito with the yellow cheese in it, and it tasted extremely funky and off, almost sour tasting. I opened the burrito and smelled the cheese. Yup, smells off. Hopefully I don’t get sick! Also tonight the taco shell also had the bad taste, and I am now BURPING it after only eating 1/4 of the shell.
Would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone that values not possibly being sick. Not sure if what’s going on is a bad team there, lack of training, or them just not caring, but this place is eventually going to make someone VERY sick if a health inspector or something doesn’t force them to change. Go to the Cromwell one if you want decent Taco Bell, never had ANY issues at that one.
Literally go anywhere else.
