Came here accidentally ordered two of same thing online and was told at the drive through speaker to ask for a refund online . I was fine with this once I got home I was not sure how to do this so I called back and asked. The girl on the phone told me “oh I don’t know we have nothing to do with the app “. So I asked why would you tell me to do it online if you had no idea how to do it ? I would have just grabbed the extra food so my money was not going to waste at least . She told me again I have nothing to do with the app . I asked to speak to a manager she told me “ Girl I am the manager “ and hung up the phone . It was giving I hate my job . If ya want horrible customer service please come here . This was at 7 pm maybe the day people like the job .

This taco bell has to be one of the worst locations I have been to. Although I have yet to receive bad customer service the food is always terrible. They are slow, the quality of the food is terrible, the accuracy of the orders are always off, and they are always out of everything.

I visited this Taco Bell location to pick up an Uber order and waited approximately 20 minutes, only to be informed that the order had been taken by someone else. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the staff member’s response came across as dismissive and unprofessional. The restaurant was not busy at the time, so I believe the situation could have been handled with more courtesy and efficiency.

Drive thru employee wasn’t paying attention to our order. We said a sausage and bacon breakfast crunch wrap and we got breakfast quesadillas with no bacon or sausage on them. We went back through the drive thru and said we ordered the crunchwraps and not the quesadillas and the worker brought the manager on to say that they heard us say quesadillas and not crunchwraps. We said we didn’t mind ordering again for crunchwraps and the worker said “they didn’t have any eggs left” and started going off on us so we drove away. Do not go here so you don’t have to go through what we went through because there was terrible service.

I don’t understand how this store or should I say restaurant has 3.1 star most of you people are probably lying I’ve been here 6 days this week and the workers are totally unprofessional tonight I ordered Taco Bell and I’m busy with my kids because I forgot the food in the car so I went back outside and got my bag of food I was charged for 4 chicken strips and it wasn’t even in the bag I called and complained like three times this week about different things and nothing got done about it the workers you can’t even hear talk on the phone they sound like they got spit in their mouth and they’re unprofessional then the guy told me on the phone I sound crazy leaving my food in the car like how professionals at then he puts me on hold the manager gets on the phone you can’t even hear anything then they hang up on me

Unbelievable what I seen and heard yesterday, my mother tried to order on the taco bell drive thru and this manager kept asking what soda we wanted, my mom said Pepsi and the managers Kim kept saying what ..What…i don’t understand you and then she started going off even calling my mom the B word, we just wanted to eat. We are related to a ex CO worker of hers where she used to work before taco bell but she got fired for disrespecting customers and CO workers. She blamed my mom when she doesn’t have nothing to do with the problems she had in the past at the other store, my mom has been only but kind to her giving her free rides on the cold and rainy weather when she use to work at the other location every day for over a year and now she is all nasty thats so sad, but this taco bell needs better people and with no bad backgrounds of any other fast food place. Ridiculous Why she kept mentioning the store manager and other managers from the other store as well i believe in my heart she is not a safe person to have around at all and this taco bell has very bad reviews of her already from other customers that make this location look awful. We finished going to east main st. where the manager treated my mom how it should be
