The staff there cant read or listen. They messed up my order. When I asked for vinegar, they gave me tartart sauce. But yet I was charged and paid for vinegar. Even on the receipt it says vinegar….
I also asked for two L2 combos and only received one. So I had to drive back and get my other L2 combo. Then they only gave us 3 straws for 4 drinks.
Don’t complain about how much you make, if you cant even do your job properly.

I love Long John Silver’s fish! Typical fast food restaurant, service was good as usual and fast. Thanks for still being open. There aren’t many in the South. They’ve closed most of them!

The food was fine. I love ljs but the service was abysmal. If you go inside it says to use the kiosk to order which has no option to order ljs. No employee will even acknowledge your existence inside so ordering is basically impossible inside. I had to leave and go through the drive thru for service. This is an absolutely terrible set up unless you’re ordering Taco Bell.

Management need to re evaluate this location team up with taco bell. The menu presentation looks great and the employees there seem ok and work hard. However… as others have pointed out it is hit or miss as to when they are actually open at serving food. Though hpurs showed 10pm on site first time I was told they closed at 7. Second time went earlier and they said they had no batter for the fish so closed. So two visits no food. Either make shorter but certain hours or close this location. I hope things improve but not sure what the story is.

If you want long John silvers you’re going to have to go when there’s an actual store manager otherwise the staff never wants to make the fish so they claim they’re out of batter almost every night shift. But when you do actually get LJS it’s awesome reminds me of growing up out west as a kid

Staff was frustrated from the instant that we said we were ordering long John’s. Order was missing items which we went back up to ask for and they still never brought the items out ended up just asking for a refund and they still tried to short me handing back the wrong amount of cash and not even putting it throigh the system. Food was ridiculously salty and overcooked. Definitely not worth it, don’t risk it.

We had ordered 2 fish/shrimp combos and they disclosed that it was going to take a bit longer to get it ready due to them being short staffed.
A. I…as a customer and as a former worker in this line of work appreciate the transparency. Communication is always key.
B. The food quality was fantastic. The fish and shrimp had a light crispy breading that really went over well especially with their cocktail sauce and tartar sauce.

The Long John Silver’s section of the restaurant is hit or miss. In the past when I have visited they will say they are not serving the Long John’s menu at this time, but at other times they are serving the Long John’s menu. When they are serving the Long John’s menu, the food is excellent. We love the chicken strips, hush puppies and fries. Four stars when they are serving the Long John’s menu.
