If you haven’t seen the new look at Taco Bell, your missing out on a good, clean atmosphere. It’s 11:22pm and it’s been a while I haven’t sat and had me some good supreme Tacos!!! I am very satisfied with the young gentleman who took my order. The cook definitely hooked it up chicken, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, hard tocos with melted four cheeses inside and out cant forget thsour cream chachooooo! Brooooo!!! ♡

Gave this taco bell multiple chances for delivery. Every single time the order is wrong.
All I want is no sour cream and chicken instead of beef. Each time I get beef and sour cream.
I tried to do just changing the beef to chicken but they wouldn’t even do that. They also never give hot sauce even if you ask for 10 they can’t even give one.
Also got a destroyed taco which wasn’t from the driver because they had everything secured in the car.
Gave them multiple chances and they have never got the order correct.

I asked for a challupa w no cheese no sour cream and jalapeno sauce, and a drink w no ice, and they deadass just gave me a challupa w cheese and sour cream. And they put ice in my drink. And they didn’t even give me a straw lol. I’m genuinely so embarrassed my friend bought me a meal I can’t even eat, bummer.

Very unprofessional staff. Ordered food from the online app and went to pick it up and told me they were closed 30 minutes before the actual closing time, which I was completely whatever about. What I did have an issue with was when I was parked to search for somewhere else to eat, they were taunting customers leaving the drive thru by sticking their tongues out and giving out middle fingers to customers. I understand being happy to leave work early, but for them to harass customers is completely uncalled for. It’s pretty clear this staff was poorly trained and managed. Corporate will be hearing about this.

Came here a couple times, once early in the morning and once during dinner. Pretty quiet and fast through the drive-thru. On the first time they accidentally forgot to substitute beef for beans but they did fix it when we came inside. Restaurant looked clean. The chalupa supreme had very few tomatoes on it. Employees were courteous. Seems like a standard Taco Bell. Plenty of parking.

Awful establishment . Waited half an hour for an order , because half the staff was on break and the other half worked so slow that I struggle to understand how they get anything done . One particular female employee with skinny braids was very rude to customers , and took frequent breaks from making food to stand around while there was about ten customers waiting for food .

Ive come here MULTIPLE times and they always gey the orders wrong in the drive thru and when you tell them this isnt what you order. Theyll tell you to GO THROUGH the line AGAIN even if you’re the only person in the drive thru. Theres like- 1 or 2 people on shift and is just horrible. I love tacobell food but this makes me not want to go to tacobell at all. Just go to the mcd’s on the otherside of the plaza.
