Our food actually tasted vile, like it was fried in cleaner instead of oil. We tried to get a refund because we waited 30 minutes for melted drinks and very bad food and they declined it. They said they could remake it and when we got the order it tasted just as bad as the other one. We go to other locations often and the food has never tasted like this. Poor customer service too, the boss didn’t know how to give us a refund and the worker told us that the food was just suppose to taste like that. He basically told us we were sol and to call the customer service desk to get a refund. The worst experience I’ve ever had and a fast food place.

This Taco Bell shares space with KFC. The drive thru was slow, but, it may have been because Taco Bell was giving away a free Doritos Locos Taco through the Taco Bell app that day. Service was polite and they gave me a lot of napkins. I thought the Doritos Locos Taco had more flavor than their regular tacos. It needed more meat. Quite a lot of lettuce and cheese .

June 16, 2023 @ 4pm. Ordered inside for takeout. There was an employee named DeShawn (sp) who was sitting in the dining area (I assume on lunch) having an extremely loud speaker phone conversation. By “speaker”, I mean a literal Bluetooth speaker. He was discussing completely inappropriate topics and shouting profanities with children around. Everyone there was shaking their heads in disbelief at the spectacle. Absolutely absurd, ridiculous, abhorrent behavior. I’ve never seen someone act so disrespectfully in their own place of work.

Horrible experience. Had to wait for over 45 minutes in the drive thru, just to have to go inside to get my order, that was cold and all the staff could do was apologize for taking so long. Won’t be back to this location. I understand having lack of staff. But there is no reason to have to wait over an hour to get your ordered drive thru food. If you can’t staff accordingly maybe you should close early. People that spend the money like I did on my family’s food, over $50, wouldn’t be happy either. I’m sorry if anyone else experienced anything remotely like this.
