I’ve never had a place butcher my order THIS many times man how incompetent can you even be. You’d think they would accidentally succeed a single time but nope. Genuinely just such an abject failure of an establishment they should just clean house and start from scratch. And the app doesn’t let you pick which location you get delivery from. If you have the app, and you see your driver drive to the hooksett location, cancel the order and get door dash, it’s gonna be worth the up charge of like a couple cents an item.

BEST TACO BELL IN NH!! I’m sure I’m like most of you where I don’t go to much because it’s like a waste of money everytime. it’s always made wrong! well I’ve found the one where you don’t have to be worried about wasting your money. I’ve been to this location 3 times all spread out and not once have they messed up my order. I normally get modifications made to my food so it’s nice to actually get it made right and good for once. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. It’s like they actually don’t mind working there where at other Taco Bell’s you can tell they don’t care about your food or you. Whatever the manager is doing over here keep it up!!

So this is the second time of coming to this particular Taco Bell and this is the second time I’ve had an amazing experience with the staff at this location my food was excellent the staff is always extremely nice here even when customers are very difficult and the atmosphere is clean and very nice to be in so I definitely recommend this location

1:20 AM on Thursday, Nov 27, 2025 the parking lot is double-parked waiting for food from the drive-thru and at the ordering machine they discourage you from ordering, communicating the wait is at least 45 minutes. Yes, there are 15 cars but 45 minutes?? I’m skeptical because last time I was here I was asked to park even though there were 4 cars and nobody else in line (and nothing special about my order for one). This location needs to figure out how every other TB runs and implement changes. It’s still hard to not go because it’s Taco Bell but, if you do, good luck!

I’ll preface this with; I am a quick service restaurant manager.

Went through drive thru. One truck at pick up window who pulled away as I drove up for my food. Window person didn’t say hello or greet me, just told me the total. Paid and waited roughly 8 minutes. Nbd, not in a hurry. I ordered three items. She hands me a box and a bag then disappears. I checked the bag, was not my food but couldn’t find her again, so just drove away. Opened the box, nothing in there as what I ordered either so I turned around and went inside.

One customer in line, two sitting and eating. Was not greeted inside either. The person running register looked at me, them continued her task.

I explained my situation to a gentleman and he asked what I ordered so he could have it remade; no apology but they all wanted to point fingers on who messed it up. Idc who messed it up, I just wanted it replaced.

I didn’t realize until someone from out back walked to the counter, that the girl on register wasn’t even working, she was an employee but not on shift and took it upon herself to go behind the counter and ring herself and her friend out. Total violation of health code; not in uniform and not cleaned up (unwashed hands). One young boy told her to get out, that she wasn’t supposed to be there, and I applaud him but not a single other person in there did this.

If they can do things like this, what else is happening where I can’t see it. I asked for a refund, which they wanted to put on a gift card. I told them I wanted a refund to the card I paid with. He went to get someone else, I assume someone in charge. She was rude, non apologetic and felt annoyed by ME.

I will never return to this location.

Either these employees need further training on customer service, checking orders thoroughly or they need a manager who holds standards.

Absolutely disgusted by this experience.

It’s a newer location so the atmosphere is nice. The service and food quality leave much yo be desired, even for Taco Bell. Of the few times I’ve ordered from this location, the tacos and burritos have been soggy, not hot, and constructed so poorly I needed a fork. The staff at the window is quick to walk away repeatedly and it can be hard to ask for a fork or sauce, which they usually treat as a major inconvenience. I’ll stick with South Willow or Second St locations from now on, as the experience at those locations has been much more pleasant (and edible).

My entire order was wrong. My Boyfriends double stacked tacos were regular tacos, with the stacked ingredients in it. My 5 layer ended up being a rice and bean burrito and it wasn’t even good, it was so dry. Absolutely disgusting customer service besides one guy up front… I didn’t get my cinnamon twists or my chips and cheese. Overall very disappointing experience. Will never be back here! Hire adults that actually want to do their job instead of teenagers listening to music and gossiping. Do better!!! $30 wasted.

This place is so ridiculous. If you dont like your job dont work at Taco Bell then. I dont know what else to say. I’ve never been to a decent Taco bell. Maybe when I was a kid but now not so much. The service was ok but could be better

Every time I have been here, it either takes an hour to get your food, its wrong items, or the food is not made well. Don’t think I have had a reasonable experience here in quite some time. I make the mistake of giving it a chance again later on and end up disappointed.

Abysmal service at this location. I was starved, 2 mins down the road at U-Haul and placed an order, on my way to an important real estate appointment. After waiting 18 minutes there I finally called back to worker asking if he had an order for my name. He said “yah, I’m making it now.” I watched and noticed what he was making did not look like what I ordered.

After 5 more minutes he came and handed that order to another person waiting next to me. 23 minutes I waited to have him lie to my face. I waited because he told me he was working on my order. He had not even started mine!!!

I told them I had to leave without my food and would need to request a refund and would be putting in a bad review. I was 3 mins late for my appointment with no food.

Horrible Taco Bell. I am filing a grievance asking for refund.
