My family of 3 ordered 3 subs here today. Felicia took our order & was very friendly & polite. We ordered 2 Philly’s & a Turkey sub & were very pleased with all three of them. We will definately be back to this location.

First time at this location. After reading the reviews, I was hesitant. Walked in around noon and only had one person in front of me. The gentleman working was friendly and started my sandwich after a few moments. I ordered my normal salami footlong on Italian with shredded jack cheese, bell peppers, tomato (which I never get, but looked riped) jalapeno, bannana pepper, little lettuce, mayo, southwest chipotle, spices, oil and vinegar. The bread looked like it was slightly over baked but still soft. I would have got red onion, but I noticed there wasn’t any out. There was almost a full bag of uncut onions in plain view, but im guessing they just hadn’t got them on the line yet. My sandwich was great, and I am often in the jasper area, so I will definitely be back.

Always had a good experience until this order. Store was not busy. My wife and I both agreed the amount of meat was definitely less than usual. Footlong sandwiches weren’t cut and they forgot lettuce on one.

Much better than the Ellijay location. Workers had my food ready when I walked in. Their ingredients are fresh and they put a good amount on. If only all Subways were this good. This is my go to location!

I come into this place quite often and the service is always bleak at best. Which isn’t necessarily bad, but to be told they can not take my $20 bill because they don’t have enough change is ridiculous. How hard is it to go to the bank? They were extremely rude about the entire thing and did not apologize once for the inconvenience. I had to drive back home to get $1s for their register and when I got my sandwich it was cold and soggy.

The time to close is 930pm I have already went inside and back to my car and it is 918pm. The sandwich board has already been cleared, no bread, and the male behind the counter informs me they are closed they were so busy tonight that they ran out of everything. I run a restaurant and u understand the short staff issue but as a manager how does this company expect to stay open with things like this happening.

I was waiting in line today 7/16/20 at the Jasper Subway around 4 p.m. The gentleman in front of me said he would like to know which footlongs were 5$ that he saw on TV ad. The young man behind the counter said that this store in Jasper was not honoring that. He said the commercial on TV had in fine print in the bottom of the commercial that some stores were exempt. The gentleman customer politely explained that he can’t read small print on TV. At this point, a female manager came out from back, not smiling and with a disgusted look and very rudely tells the the gentleman he should’ve read the fine print. I was amazed at how rude this manager was to a customer. I will never go in this store again. Apparently other customers have complained judging by the previous reviews

Alright I went in sort of late, so with that said the cashier still rolled her eyes and grudgefully started my salad. It was a very easy salad she then slapped it together but charged me a whopping $12 without the drink. I mean a little spinach, four scoops of tuna, no cheese because they were out a few pickles, and a dash of salt and pepper. That’s it, and she rang me up at $12. I was floored. Then the next person walked in after me, greeted with no kind of attitude. Hmmm???
