I absolutely needed two cheesy rollups. It was dire. And when i opened up the bag in excitement, pulled out one of the supposed cheesy rollups, I was met with a mound of cold cheese rolled in a gordita tortilla. I have never been more upset about anything in my entire life. This taco bell ruined my day.

Staff here went all out to make sure my vegetarian and dairy-free (allergy) “fresco” order was accurate and delicious, making sure the order was prepared as contamination-free as reasonably feasible. I’m certain if there were any ordering issues in person they would be happy to correct it for you while you’re there. If mobile ordering via doordash be sure to call ahead for any restrictions.

Every time I go to this Taco Bell, I feel like I play a game of roulette. I’ve had some really good experiences and some I am still trying to forget. However, I think I’ve cracked the code – the earlier you go, the better your experience will be. Anything past 8 PM, your chances of getting wrong items, sporadic service, or having long wait times increase exponentially. I feel a bit bad for the evening crew. It always seems like they’re just fighting for their lives in there, but it definitely seems like there’s a bigger issue there that is not being addressed.

Also, the inside of the restaurant absolutely reeks. It could just be me, but the smell makes me really nauseous so if I ever swing by I just go with the drive thru.

I live right near this Taco Bell and they run out of Baja Blast every single week. Chances are if you come here they will not have it available. I am not even joking, it is like a miracle if they have it in stock. I am not sure why they don’t just order one more case of it so this doesn’t happen. Especially after they have confirmed with me that they receive their truck deliveries once a week on Thursdays. Baja blast is like Taco Bell’s signature drink! The staff are incredibly nice but you would think that after having to tell people you are out of Baja blast as often as they do, they would address the issue.

AI has ruined ordering. I don’t get what i want, I get extra food, soft taco isn’t default taco (should ask crunchy or soft). The menu combos are different too making items more expensive. I’m not going back to any of taco bell restaurants.

It was Taco Day and I received a taco free through the Taco Bell app. I was in the area and I haven’t been to Taco Bell in over a decade.
The taco was ok. Could have use some chopped tomatoes. It was better than Burger King’s taco.
Friendly service. Delivery and take out available. Dine in is shut down.
I was hungry, in the area and I had a free cheese enchilada available on the app. I ordered that with a taco online. Big mistake! The drive thru was backed up. Very long wait! I think they are short staffed. When I finally got my order, they forgot the sauce packets I ordered! No real apology about the wait time.
The enchilada filling really did taste processed. It is franchise food after all. I’m glad it was free.
I’ve deducted two ⭐ s. Corporate should have shut down this franchise for the evening .

AI at the drive through is ridiculous. AI asked what I wanted. I answered and it never spoke again. Ended up having to get the attention of a team member to take my order because AI thought I wasn’t there despite being parked right in front of the speaker.
