I ordered a Brown Sugar Shakin’ Espresso with an extra shot of espresso today, but what I received was essentially an iced coffee with a hint of oat milk and a ton of brown sugar syrup. It tasted nothing like the shaken espresso drink I’ve ordered many times before.
When I brought it up to the staff, they were polite and offered to remake it, which I do appreciate. However, they also told me that this is “how it’s made” and would have prepared it again the exact same way. Unfortunately, I have been ordering this drink at Dunkin’ regularly for sometime now, so I’m very familiar with what it should taste like and how it’s normally prepared. What I was given today was definitely not it.
Spending $7+ on a drink that ends up being mostly sugary iced coffee was disappointing, and it felt like a waste of both money and time. While the employees were courteous, this was honestly one of the worst Dunkin’ experiences I’ve had when it comes to coffee quality and drink preparation.

They charged me $.80 for a cup of ice water, despite spending over $20 for breakfast. Seemed a bit odd. Their location is an easy on and off from Route 95. However, their bathrooms need attention. One was out of commission and the other was dirty. My husband waited more than 15 minutes before he could use the men’s restroom and then a man finally came out but the door was still locked, as he was about to inform the staff about the problem, a woman came out of the men’s restroom. Only one employee that I could see. Several in lobby. I stopped for gas, ordered via my Dunkin app and picked up via drive thru. A little slow but not deducting as it appeared to be one serving many. The food was super hot and freshly made. The drinks were good. The windows and such need a cleaning. The store likely overall needs a deep clean so deduct a star – clean is important.

I received a doordash order at 9:11 a.m. I drove to Dunkin and the order was not ready. I wait and wait and wait I get asked three times what I’m waiting for and it’s still not ready. Finally they decide that they will be able to go ahead and look into it at about 9:45 a.m.. they stated that someone had already picked up the order and that they could not make it again. I showed them that I had the order on my phone and I was in communication with the customer that ordered it and finally they decided to make the order. It should not take 40 minutes to get a order. The order was a medium iced coffee. There was no large order there was no reason why they couldn’t get this done in a timely manner. I lost out on other orders to make money which pays my bills because Dunkin cannot get their stuff together. I do not recommend this store this is not the first time I’ve had issues with it service. NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!

I stopped by the Dunkin’ that shares space with a gas station expecting a quick caffeine fix, but the experience fell short. The location itself is convenient, right off the pump, yet the interior felt neglected—tables were sticky and littered with crumbs, and I spotted trash piled in a corner. The staff seemed in a hurry and came across as brusque rather than friendly, which put a damper on the usual Dunkin’ vibe. To top it off, my order arrived incomplete, with key items missing from my bag. All in all, I’d recommend giving this one a pass until they sort out their cleanliness and service.

I am an Uber Eats driver, and I was picking up and Uber Eats order from this location. The order was 6 glazed donuts and 6 vanilla donuts with sprinkles. The staff only had 2 of each in supply which is understandable, so I attempted to let the customer know about the situation and see if they wanted something else in place of the missing items, and the staff made recommendations for replacements which was also understandable. I wanted to write everything down and report it to the customer to protect myself and ensure the customer was okay with the decisions, but I was confused about what the exact substitutions were, the staff were talking too fast, and I wasn’t exactly feeling the best at that time for separate personal reasons, and I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience when they were raising their voice and reiterating they were repeating themselves “a billion times” which I felt upset about. I wasn’t trying to be a nuisance at all, and maybe I took it to heart too much, but I also don’t appreciate the disrespect and lack of empathy, but I still came in to apologize, and I left. You’re supposed to practice extraordinary patience and understanding when assisting customers and drivers, and I felt that was missing from this experience today, and I am both disappointed and upset about it, but I suppose life goes on either way, so I will leave it at that

Frequently out of a lot of items. And if you order using the app or Uber Eats, they have no way to refund you for anything that isn’t available. I spent $30 two weeks ago and only received two drinks, still waiting on that refund…

Please please please remove that stupid self serve kiosk, takes longer than having a person on register. Also bulky and clumsy setup. People are nice and all bit too chatty with each other than getting the food. My order was messed up cause we needed to hear about something that happened last night versus focusing on the order at hand.

What a disgusting place! Black lady was rude and disrespectful to everyone!! While waiting for the dirty bathroom a family left because of the girl behind the register..when I was our turn to order she indirectly ask us if anyone knows how to use the kiosk ..instead of asking us if we were being helped.. The bathrooms were covers in water and dirty rags and a roll of toilet paper sitting in the baby changing table.no soap in the dispenser. They had the men’s room closed but the gas station mgr use it and use his key to get in while everyone else had to wait for the women’s bathroom .The manager came out with no shoes on with his pants rolled up.how can DD be affiliated with this place ??!!
