Nice place to chill and have a coffee. All cups are Togo paper, no glassware. Limited plugs if you care to plug in. Staff likes to play around a bit. Kitchen music blared and overpowered the Dunkin music and probably wasn’t what the franchise owner envisioned for the brand.

For the most part everyone that has helped me there has been nice except I just recently had a terrible experience One of the young girls that work there has a horrible attitude her name starts with a K. She made an error while checking me out of her register I was very nice about it but her manager got upset that the drive-thru line got long in turn she kept shaking her head and rolling her eyes and also gave me attitude. I didn’t get an apology just a smart remark with said to me right before I left Dunkin Donuts. Horrible customer service!! I wasn’t looking for an apology but I a million percent did not deserve the bad customer service and attitude that I got for something that was totally not my fault. When a customer uses a coupon many Dunkin’ Donuts locations don’t realize they have to hit a key on their register so the coupon goes through some of the people at the register told me they had to hit the enter button so it’s obvious that this girl did not know how to use the coupon instead of just correcting it and being nice about the situation you shouldn’t give customers attitude but you did look like a young girl so you have a lot to learn still you definitely need some better training at your store

Dunkin’ Doughnuts hasn’t been good in many, many years. Everything tastes extremely fake, the only thing I can handle is the plain coffee. I only go here to be nice when coworkers want DD’s horrible sugary drinks. Ugh. There’s a Mom and Pop doughnut shop that blows DD away, and it’s just a mile up the street. That’s my favorite and the food is REAL. PS – how any Dunkin Doughnuts stays in business is beyond me. Terrible.

I have given this place a few chances and for the $7 it cost for a small drink I will probably not be returning. Same thing each time, small iced Chai with a shot of espresso. Each time it has tasted vastly different and today it was definitely lacking the Chai. Straight up milk and espresso and just gross. Spare yourself the disappointment and head over to black cat for less and a drink that’s way better.

It’s a Dunkin’ Donuts. But the donuts are great in the mornings, their iced coffees are delicious, and their sweet teas are hit or miss, especially lately, but perfect on good days. And if you can get a corn muffin, get a corn muffin. Dunkin’ Donuts corn muffins are incredible

It’s a good place to get sweets and coffee as long as you get it fresh. There are many times when you ask for fresh coffee and you still get coffee that has sat there for hours so be aware.

I visited the location today at 2:20 PM and the manager decided to sell me a sprinkle doughnut but forgot to tell me that there was no sprinkles. Then when I asked to be compensated, she asked to take it back with a very abrupt attitude. I think she belongs at KFC where they’re serving fried chicken and not making donuts and breakfast. I will never visit this Dunkin’ Donuts again, and I will be sure to tell others not to visit this place.
