Easily the worst Taco Bell in the United States. And its actually not close. I tried this place three times and I can say I’ll never go back. Its pitiful on so many levels. It actually should probably be closed down even though it’s brand new. The first time I waited 33 minutes for my food and I was the only human there. And the manager was sitting there in the room with a potential employee at a table. How she didn’t help them when they were struggling was beyond me. I let it go because it was new. The next time was 41 minutes while the people in the back were so inappropriate screaming profanities and talking about playing basketball over working. Talking about how bad their lives were. Me and the three people online said we’d never be back. Well I tried 1 mkre time for take out and ordered ahead to cut the wait. I was told the time it was done and it was 20 minutes past that. This is the slowest Taco Bell and fast food place that I have ever experienced in my entire life. Rudest. Have 0 business in food wolrd. And half the food in my bag was missing and what was there was all piled in one bag on top of the nachos Belgrande and nachos and cheese so they were in pieces. I said no onions and got em. They obviously use the wrong spoon to put the food together and it was loaded with grease dripping through the bag all over the counter. The bags that held the chips were actually fried too so I think somebody thought they were funny. Their was no cheese for nachos. Everything was wrong. I called and I was told the manager is too busy to talk to me. I’m like I’m not paying for what I didn’t get and they told me to do something and go on the app and try to get it back on there. I put in a request for help online and never heard from them again. This place is filled with excuses. Is slowest of all fast food and their food is terrible and inedible. This place needs to have a mass changeover in management or take it down and start over. Its easily the worst I’ve ever experienced. Beware. This place is the absolute worst around.

I had asked for no beans on my nacho bell grande, the one thing i asked for and SPECIFIED it. they gave me beans. and its not the first time either. taco bell is my favorite fast food place and im lucky to live 1 minute away but this place is a curse more than a blessing. the person that gave me the food also made no sense and was definitely high of some sort. on other occasions the employees have been so rude as well.

Came here on August 20th at 1:05am, worst taco bell in town, go to the one on west shore rd instead. They got my order wrong 2 times in a row on the same order. And this is what my extra crispy chaloopa I asked for looked like, I live 6 minutes away and when I opened it it was wet and almost raw, I literally asked for extra crispy. Wasted $15 for 6 disgusting chalupas. They also didn’t give me any coupons or vouchers after getting my order wrong twice.

I pull up no one else in car line, the robot asking me what I want, the the clerk rushing me, then you try to say you need a minute they cop an adatude, like, I just drove off. Congrats you just lost a customer. At management tell your staff to calm down and only put people on that want to work and are not emotional charged.

Possible personal boycott

Recommend replacing shift supervisor Maddie. Her failure to lead and remain customer oriented at 11.50pm is cause for demotion, or relocation.

If you go here, set aside a minimum of 45 minutes to even think about getting your order. I’ve been in line at the drive thru at least for an hour more then once. And there’s no way to drive off once you’re in. The wait times are unreal. I figured at first this was a newer location with new staff, but no. Months on it seems like the wait for your food only gets longer. I found that you can drive to the Taco Bell in Johnston, get your food, and head back home faster than waiting here. Do yourself a favor, go to West Shore Rd or even Bald Hill Rd instead (don’t go late to Bald Hill tho, they’ll say they’re open online til 4 on Saturdays but the drive thru is closed by 330.)

Rudest drive thru staff of any Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. They don’t listen to your order, then get mad when you correct their mistakes (huffin and puffin in the microphone like children having a temper tantrum) and then still give you the wrong order because they just don’t care and can’t be bothered.

They just have zero concept of customer service. They’ll make your food for ya but they’re gonna let you know they hate you for making them work.

I miss the days when taco bells taught their employees to great their customers. Meanwhile having to enter the store to pick up an order guarantees your order will be ignited until the entire drive thru has been served. Seems like the new corporate standard.

We waited a long with several other people over an hour for our food tonight. When we finally got to the window 30 min after telling them we had a mobile order they said someone gave our food away to someone else and that they would remake it right away so we went inside to wait and there were more people waiting for their food too. A girl came out and said it would be only 10 more minutes and that 4 people called out. 30 min later we checked and they didn’t actually have the order anymore and had to look for it. It was finally made and we went home and the order was wrong.

That being said, we all have bad nights and these guys were having a horrible night. Very impatient people and angry people they had to deal with.

TACO BELL needs to work on hiring at this location. They need more staff quick. They were completely overwhelmed tonight and I wouldn’t be surprised if someone was crying in the break room.

This Taco Bell was actually pretty good! I was very happy with the overall experience — great customer service, decent food, and fast service. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the area felt safe and clean. Overall, not bad at all and definitely a Taco Bell I’d recommend.

The worst Taco Bell they need to hire new workers. Making this in the drive through as we speak but I’ve been here countless times and I don’t know why I even come back. I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes haven’t moved at all. I don’t make reviews. This should show you how awful this Taco Bell is. The ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCES IVE HAD WITH ANY FOOD CHAIN.
