-0 Stars. As a Dasher this place is insufferable. Been picking up from the store since it opened as well as every other store in a 20 mi radius this store consistently makes me unassign from doordash orders. The store tells doordash when the orders are supposed to be ready for pickup. It’s between 10 and 30 minutes later than that nearly every time. Im turn the customers are getting cold food and giving the drivers bad ratings because of the incompetence of the store. Train your employees better and extend your pickup times. Even worse is when the store finally marks the order as ready for pickup, we walk in and they still haven’t even started making it. They know the order was supposed to be made 5 minutes ago but they lie and Market as ready so they don’t get in trouble. Meanwhile doordash is wondering why the drivers have not left with the food yet. Customer starts texting and asking why it’s taking an hour to get a taco. This is why. Do better taco bell

Absoultey the worst experience at the Taco Bell so far. Ordered online then told to pull up at the end of the drive thru and wait. So we waited for 10 minutes. Then I went inside only to be met with fake apologies and cold food. Potatoes were ao over cooked and hard they were not edible. The crunchwrap was hard and cold. I waited 10 minutes ti throw away my food?? Terrible. Will not go back.

wish i could rate 0 stars. They rush you when they take your order, take forever making your order, they ignore doordashers in the lobby and barely acknowledge customers that arent able to use the self-order machine. i usually can care less but the other night we came over 30 minutes before closing after a long road trip. The girl asked us if we were picking up a delivery???? Which is like, okay, no? Then when we said we were gonna place an order she was like “uhhh” and some guy cut her mic and told us that they “ran out of food”. How do you run out of food at a fast food restaurant? Like how were yall anticipating a delivery yet you ran out of food at a TACO BELL. i get wanting to leave during closing as I have worked in food for years but like damn yall.

(I don’t like to give bad reviews, but this one was too bad to ignore.) At this Taco Bell, nobody greets you or even looks at you as you enter. You have to figure out that you can only order through the kiosks because there is nothing telling you that. Then you sit down or stand around until they throw a bag on the counter and call your name. The Chalupa shells were different from what I am used to, thick but not crunchy or flaky, and I did not like them. This ruined my whole meal and we were already back on the road. This is not my usual experience at Taco Bell, just at this particular one.

Was overall fine with the experience when I left. Nothing out of the ordinary, then I get home and go to eat my taco and this is what I see!! Ridiculous! I used to come here all the time but it feels like they are trying to save money by doing this to people. Don’t think I will ever go back.

Went inside to try to order in our forced to use a kiosk. OK it took 20 minutes before someone even realized that we had placed an order and we’re paying cash. So no one made the order until we paid for it. And then waited another 20 minutes And still no order. Then took another 5 to 10 minutes to try to get our money back. No apology no we’re sorry actually was told to leave when I kept questioning why was taking so long. The kid behind the counter said he just got there and that he didn’t need grief from me. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had in my life and never did get the food.

Never a wait/much of a wait at this location! I got the cantina bowl (more rice than in the past, everything else was less. Not as good as it used to be, but still very good) and fiesta potatoes (still delicious!).
