My family and I recently moved to Newbern. I myself have lived in Dyersburg for the last 5 years. Before that i lived in Newbern and would eat at Dave’s every couple of weeks at least. It was always great food and a fun atmosphere. It was one of the best burgers you would find around here. When we went in there a few weeks ago the food was mediocre and the service was terrible. Id rather drive an extra 10 minutes to Trimble and eat at the diner there for the same price.

Nana has made this place into a great family atmosphere. 🙂 Been going to the Cafe since I was in kindergarden when Mrs. Carol owned it, Nanas been the best owner. 🙂 food is amazing, great prices, friendly service, and its the only place between here and Twentynine Palms CA that you can get a Sullen Burger. 😉 If you go here and love chili, nacho cheese, and burgers you’ve got to try one!
