TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.. Ordered food through Uber Eats. Got a crunch wrap supreme paid extra to add rice.. got no rice in it. Ordered a simple chicken quesadilla with no creamy jalapeño sauce. Got the quesadilla FILLED with rice that I didn’t order on it.. Ordered a chicken cantina BOWL. Got it in like a side dish bowl not the usual bowl that it always comes in… Ordered it and paid for extra chicken and rice and of course it came with way less since it was in a smaller dish. Ordered it to have NO AVOCADO RANCH SAUCE, NO PICO DE GALO, NO SOUR CREAM, NO GUAC, and NO PURPLE CABBAGE. I instead got ALL OF THE ABOVE ON IT… Also paid extra money for a side of chipotle sauce which you guessed it.. Did not come with the order. I’ve been to this location MANY times and it’s always something.. I just don’t understand how hard it is to just take a look at the slip right infront of your face and get the order correct.

The service was okay but I was charged a different amount for the same food that I got a week before. I think when I ordered three dollar menu like I did the second time and the woman that was ringing stuff up put it as a different item and – certain things that don’t go on the other burrito which makes it cheaper. When I asked her why am I not getting it for that price she said she didn’t know what I was talking about and there’s no $3 burrito which I get all the time so I know there is so that’s the only problem I had and the fact that I couldn’t change it for the right price instead of 6 dollars I paid $11.50 so that’s not acceptable. I didn’t wait around and try and fix it because I would have had to wait until she can figure out everything because she told me no I was wrong.

I placed a mobile order on the Tacobell app, 3 of my items are missing and the ones i did get were made incorrectly. i tried to dispute it through the app but all that offered me was $10 off my next purchase (like im going to be going back, absolutely not), which is not acceptable. i then call the store and ask for a refund on my order, the person on the other end of the phone (male) said theres nothing i can do about that, i said please leave my number for your manager and he proceeded to hang up in my face. absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. maybe if you did your job correctly and had not been rude i wouldnt be needing to speak with your manager.

Ordered some much needed late tacos at 1:30am this morning. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through line. When I got my food the taco meat was ice cold and they forgot my chx quesedilla. I ate my food in the parking lot so it wasn’t cold from waiting. Someone is going to get food poisoning and there’s literally no excuse to be forgetting food items.

Huge Taco Bell fan so we keep giving this one try despite being disappointed with the food and service. Food is often missing or prepared wrong in addition to the service being incredibly slow. We go indoors now so we can check to see if the order is right, and its even slower inside. We’ve also tried mobile ordering ahead with a pick up time to no avail. People who walk in and order and still given food before us, despite having a small order with no customizations. We also just had the person at the front pack our order in a ripped paper and give it to us to like that, not even caring. This whole place is a mess.

Fast food, well prepared and at the right temperature. Skinny waiter who wears glasses and is half-awake using his phone all the time, tall manager with tattoos on his arms, very polite and friendly. I will be back whenever I can. I loved the experience.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Terrible order assembly, total disregard of mobile orders until the staff is done chatting in the back and the staff is completely careless in their customer service. TERRIBLE and I mean TERRIBLE customer service. Don’t waste your time ordering anything from this place. There’s many other Taco Bells around that actually complete the orders that their given…..10 mins waiting inside for them to tell me theyre assembling my order and then after another 20 mins I’m told the order doesn’t exist…..seriously don’t waste your time and money here

Horrible taco bell. I usually avoid this taco bell and go to the top of the ave but I mistakenly made an online order at this one. Went 20 mins after I placed the order and it still wasn’t done. There was noone in the drive-through or in the store. I had to wait 10 more minutes in the drive thru for it to be finished. No matter what time I go here or if they are busy or not I have to wait in the parking lot for my food. Someday im gonna order just a drink to see if they make me pull over and wait for it. Avoid at all costs if you value your time. 90% of the time I have to go back in cause they have forgotten half of my stuff. Do better.

Probably the worst fast food experience of my life. Placed an online order for two build your own boxes, nothing crazy. Received the incorrect order twice. Am currently am still waiting for them to remake my food 2 HOURS later of going back and forth

This location constantly gets the order wrong by not giving the customer what was ordered. The best part is the staff whiteboard that is visible for all to see while you wait an eternity for your food says “Customers are complaining about items missing from their orders.” As though customers are the problem….and what a surprise, my order is missing items.
Do better, Taco Bell. Stop playing around with your colleagues and pay attention to your customer’s orders.
