& my doritos cheese gordita crunch is missing THE CHEESE

After not only waiting 20 minutes for my food, getting home and not having my entire order. They were nice about giving me the missed item for free, great no problem, what happens when I get home and JUST open my taco? Completely smashed, I’m not sure if this was a petty move but how can the employees think this passable to hand to a customer?

I’ve been to this location plenty of time. Yes they do mess up your order sometime but what fast food restaurants doesn’t do that? Floors are always sticky, customer service was great I feel like people should smile more. It does get packed at night time. But all in all 3.5 out 5

Honestly so sick of this location constantly messing up our order. We live right down the road so I can’t tell you how much times we’ve ordered from here, but I can tell you we’ve only had our order 100% accurate a handful of times. It’s honestly ridiculous how many items I’ve paid for that have never gotten and ever time Taco Bell corp just sends an “I’m sorry” email with a $2.00 coupon regardless of how much my missing item(s) were.
