After sitting in the drive thru line for over 20min, I finally reached the speaker and waited a few extra minutes before someone took my order. There guy was a bit slow on his words and had me repeat myself on the first item I ordered. Another 10 minutes and I’m at the window passing for my order. Same guy that took my order I believe. He didn’t seem interested in greeting me when he opened the window. He seemed more preoccupied with his phone. Another few minutes later, I get my food and head home. Upon opening everything, there was multiple long brown hairs in one of my tacos and it looked like that one had a bite taken out. The rest of the food was fine. Just disappointed in this location. I came here tonight because it was local to where I was driving at the time. I just hope that someone sees this review and puts the night shift on a radar for performance.

Awful. Absolutely awful.
My order was very simple. When I got it however, it was stuffed all into one little cup, I got maybe half of everything I paid for because it was all crammed into a tiny container it wasnt supposed to be. I went inside, was very polite in explaining what I thought at the time was just a misunderstanding, only to be met with a rude woman who made it VERY clear that she was reluctant to help me in any way. The way they “fixed” their mistake was to put my order into even smaller containers, all separate. At this point I just want my money back. Yet when I inquired about a refund, the woman behind the counter not only blatantly refused to entertain the thought, but called her coworker over and they both mocked me for having the audacity to ask. Apparently they “did everything the way I asked so its not on them” which was a BLATANT bold faced lie. I politely asked for their names before leaving and for once, was suddenly met with silence. Thats fine. I remember their faces, and I will be back tomorrow to speak with someone about their conduct with customers.
Abhorrent and abysmal behavior. Avoid this location.

Don’t come here. Do not waste 45 minutes of your time to receive no food.
We waited in drive thru for 30 minutes and eventually we were at the window. We noticed the lady was just eating food but gave her the benefit of the doubt. Employees need breaks sure…. But the wait was so long Cars started honking. This drive through is one lane and you will be stuck. I was trying to pick up fast food and left with nothing and 45 minutes of my day gone and fuel wasted. Asked for a refund in the Taco Bell app. DO NOT GO HERE

Taco Bell, you’ve ‘beefed’ up my disappointment! I waited over 30 minutes in the drive-through only to receive an incorrect order with a crushed taco shell. The attendant’s attitude was the ‘topping on this disastrous experience. I won’t be wrapping up another visit anymore, and I advise others to ‘taco’ about their business elsewhere!! AVOID THIS LOCATION!!

I don’t want to put it all on the employees because when my fiancé and I went in the drive thru, the girl who took our order’s headphones were broken. I wanted to order a side of nacho fries and they completely missed it out of the order because I couldn’t get my order through while the employee’s headphones were broken. My fiancé ordered 2 dorito loco tacos to go with our crunch wraps and one of them was a regular hard shell. Doesn’t surprise me when they can’t get our orders right but headphones being broken down while in the middle of a drive thru order?! Management needs to be more aware of this happening and maybe test the drive thru headphones before opening.

This is honestly the grossest place I’ve eaten at and I’m usually not picky and I usually don’t make reviews on stuff, but I had to make a review on this one. They forgot so many things and good thing me and my daughter checked before leaving because we had to get so many items that we paid for, but didn’t show up in our bag if we had pulled away. I probably wouldn’t have went back and I probably would’ve missed out on a bunch of my stuff. I think the employees need to check before giving the food to people and make Sure it’s right because if I’m waiting 20 minutes for food, I want all my food to be in the bag

This place is god awful, never order from here, its even worse than the john fitch taco bell, i ordered 2 meals, not even that much food and i was missing 3 tacos and a burrito.. HOW DO YOU MISS THAT MUCH FOOD? THAT WAS BASICALLY EVERYTHING I ORDERED, I WAS MISSING $20 OF FOOD, i tried to submit a report and get my money back which i was entirely scammed out of and yet nobody on the support team has responded back to me! IVE SUBMITTED 3 REPORTS AND NOTHING. So yeah, if you actually want your food dont order from this taco bell.

You got one rude little boy working at 10:25 Saturday November 29. Tall with poofy brown hair and acne. Really bold rolling his eyes right to my face telling me I need to go to the drive thru because I told him I have an allergy. I’m already inside ordering, the door was unlocked, there were people sitting down eating and you want me to go back outside and wait in drive thru just so you don’t have to change your gloves and wipe the counter? Not happening I already gave you my order. Oh, and when someone says thank you and have a good night, you’re supposed to say it back. Don’t work customer service if it’s too diificult for you.

I went to the counter to order food and they refused to wait on me and my daughters soccer team. I asked the girl if we could place the order at the counter and she said no. So we left and met the team outside and decided to go to papa ginos around the corner. It’s to bad that in today’s day customer service is so bad.
