1st of all I ordered late at night. On a Friday. And our pizza was delivered on time, and hot. 2nd of all there was a minor glitch in our order, but, Guess what! No. Big. Deal. This new business and the manager Alisha took care of our order and took care of my family’s late night dinner. I have to add, growing up in the pizza business, hearing the other gentleman working in the background asking if they had an incoming order, shows great leadership skills.

As always and expected , the workers are so nice and professional, now I’m not one to tip , for a carry out order , but the call to order , was such a nice helpful person , then a different person helped me when i got there and he was also extremely professional and friendly, i would have felt bad not leaving a tip , not often will i tip for carry out but Southgate Domino’s, should get tips and a Raise from the boss man he has a first class crew there do what he’s counting his money at night and laughing because he’s making so much money and paying so little he ought to take that little smile and wrap a hundred-dollar bill around it and hand one to each one of his employees because the only reason he’s got that hundred-dollar bill and that smile and all that money to count because of the crews got there are second to none give them all a raise is the money your accountant smiling about it’s only there because you have a great crew very personable they’re doing it for you if you can’t see that I’m sorry for you , thank you workers

Dominos customer service SUCKS! Called and had a rude kid on the phone, went up and ordered in person and spoke to the manager regarding the rude kid on the phone. Got no apology, just “he said he just didn’t feel like talking to anyone at that time.” Like… Thats YOUR JOB! Then while waiting for our food, I watched both the employee and the manager touch their phone and change the GARBAGE just before handling my food without washing their hands. (They do not wear gloves and this was DISGUSTING to watch.) I tried to complain to corporate and after 2 complaints, I still have got NO RESPONSE! Also, the food is meh.

I ordered wings and pizza, the card machine didn’t work so I went to the bank to get the money. This means cold food. Once I got home the wings were so small, there is no way those wings came from a full sized chicken. Everything tasted good. A little short on the sauce. For a dollar a wing I would expect the wings at least would covered.

Pizza was disgusting, flat, and greasy. The spinach and feta cheese bread was mediocre at best. Very disappointed considering the price for 1 pie and a cheese bread was 30$ . Maybe next time
