Made my doordasher drive like 20 minutes to the store just to tell him that they ran out of beef so they cant make anything i ordered and i have to cancel the order for them. How do you run out of the thing that is in every item? And why didnt the store just cancel it themselves? Theyd rather make the dasher look bad. Honestly L tacobell location.

There’s been a couple times I’ve come here out of convenience and every single time it takes FOREVER. I went to order online but apparently you can’t order online at the Gardner location unfortunately I had to come here. Big order but I gave them 20 min before I arrived and when I arrived I got my drinks and still had to pull around and get wait… so far for 10 more min…. No other customers here either help I’m hungry lmao

AWFUL!!! Not only was every table dirty or full of trash, but it was left like that the entire time! On the way out you can overhear the boy making the tacos talking about his fingers up his nose!! And for warmish food is never good!

I believe they are understaffed. Very slow service. $41.00 for a 12 pack of tacos and a chips and cheese with 1 drink is a little pricey . With that said the food was good.

i placed a mobile order tonight as i normally do when i order from this location and tonight the food quality was just horrendous. i ordered 2 soft potato tacos and the potatoes were harder than rocks. i received no sauce (as i never do) and gave me a cracked straw. i am very disappointed with my order today.

I don’t know what happened I used to come to this taco bell all the time with no issues but lately every time I’ve come there’s a huge wait time. My order is always pretty small with only three items. For fast food I shouldn’t have to wait 30-40 minutes. The way they do things is extremely inefficient and all the tables weren’t clean. Their soda machine also sprayed a customer because it comes out so fast. If you want taco bell go to a different location, you’ll be served faster.

I love this Taco Bell, I’ve been coming here for years and they are always really nice, the food is always fresh and they always give the right amount of sauces. I’ve never had an issue here. I’m eating it right now. I’ve never come here in the morning but the evening crew is great. The only thing I wish is that is was a KFC taco bell

I have alway been very nice here, to keep it frank im shocked, on sat 22 of feb 2025 I came to pick up an order, the store never cancelled it, yet they said they were closed. I said thats fine can you cancel the order on your end, I was then treated horrible, and told that was my job to do, which in turn reflects on my job. It would have been a major inconvience but not the end of the world, but whoever was working the drive thru was incredibly agressive for no reason, I was polite as possible seeing that Ive worked in food service before, but that behavior was appalling. Ive never done this, but I will contact corporate, I was treated so rude, and I always give people a chance, but the level of agression for a simple question this was is insane.

i got taco bell from the athol taco bell and was exited to eat it until i got home and unboxed it to only see a big wat of hair in both of my orders. i started to see red and called but all they had to say is come back and get a new one. Very disappointed and very disgusted. I started to gag and my eyes started to water. When the string of hair was on my fork, hanging with my dear old taco bell that i was so very excited to see.
