For the past two week, I have stopped at this location frequently. Every night, they are out of something! I’m assuming out of stock. Tonight, this poor girl had to tell me what the DIDN’T HAVE ON THE MENU. Took her a whole minute to tell me, not that it mattered, I wasn’t going to remember everything she just said. Who is doing inventory? What is going on? Drive 20 min for nothing.

Every time I stop here I’m amazed at how friendly all the staff are to customers! They genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs and interacting with customers. Very nice change compared to most fast food places.

So here is my experience with this location. I ordered some food and about 45 minutes later I went to pick it up and they told me that they had no record of my order. I showed them the app and they said and I quote “We are not the app”. I then showed them the email that I received which showed the order and the amount paid and they still said there is nothing they can do. I waited another 1/2 hour and still nothing on their end so I left and called customer support and they told me that they would issue me a refund and that was over a month ago and I still have not received it. Taco Bell is no longer the place that it used to be.

Placed an order for pickup, the doors are locked and I had to call to get someone inside to even acknowledge me standing outside. They told me “Yeah you can just go through the drivethru”. I don’t know what happened to this place in the last couple of years, but they are terrible customer service wise now.

I believe convicts work here. The lobby isn’t open anymore and a lot of shady activity goes on here. No one wants to work fast food restaurants anymore so this is the type of people that get hired. My experience has been ok I get the food I order fine but reading the reviews Rest In Peace this Taco Bell it’s not even a old restaurant either really sad!

Staff are so disrespectful. I drove 15 minutes, ordered and got my food and drove home. They forget my orders of cinnabons and my hot sauces. I drove back, explained what was missing and a worker who was not the one on drive thru, just another worker, chimed in the headset and said “that’s funny we don’t sell just 3.” I was missing 3 orders of cinnabons. When I got to the window and told the girl on the drive thru headset what happened she completely dismissed the situation. She did not apologize, she kept saying “he was joking” and “he tries to keep a good work environment.” When a customer is telling you that they feel disrespected and that a staff member was rude to them you listen. This place is a joke.
