I got the quesabirria, rice, and mango juice. Wow! The broth was heavenly and the meat was tender. I think everything could have used just a pinch more salt and it would be outstanding. The mango juice is everything I’ve ever dreamed of. I work nearby and will definitely be coming by again for a lunch treat soon!

This is the most authentic-mexican food you’ll get! When it comes to mexican food i am super picky! Despite that, i took the risk on ordering something i have never ordered… The Al Pastor Torta! I kid you not, it was large enough to feed 2 and i finished it in 4 bites… It was DELICIOUS! Best mexican food in Spring Hill!

Visited this food truck today, and ordered a combo meal. $14.99 for two tacos, rice, beans, and a drink. Everything was delicious, but portion sizes were VERY small for the price (photo shows food immediately upon receipt). The rice and beans did not even fill the tiny compartments in the styrofoam container, and the meat in the tacos was measly (my husband had the same order, and his portions were lacking, too). They are a new operation, so perhaps they are still figuring out cost, portions, and how to make the food last throughout the day. It was tasty, so hopefully practice makes perfect (and bigger portions!)

This is the best food truck around. Authentic Mexican Food. Fresh ingredients. Steak Torta is my favorite, but everything is wonderful. I do wish they would make Sopas.

Absolutely fire steak tacos! But quesadillas and burritos are kind of bland but still good. I think the tacos are wayyyy overpriced for the size they are though. $1.50 tacos would have that place bumpin!!
