Absolutely the worst customer service ever!! I ordered 3 orders of Quesabirria only to get home and it was 3 taco’s on corn tortillas covered in onions with a side of more onions and lime! Also ordered nachos and there was no lettuce. Called today to have this fixed because when we got home last night they were closed.. The owner proceeds to ask me why did I not call when I got home because they were closed and that I need to bring back the to-go boxes in order for him to refund me my money and that I should have known what I ordered then proceeds to tell me there facebook menu was old that if I would have gone there ordered I would have seen the new nacho pictures has no lettuce! I just ordered the same thing last week so I know what I am ordering the girl is the one that messed up after repeating my order to her 3 times and being placed on hold twice and no one wants to be held accountable for there action and blamed me the customer told me I should of opened a tied bag and looked!!

This place was always my go to when they were on the corner of homestead and Leland ever since they’ve moved a few years back the food just went downhill last night I ordered 12 tacos the steak tacos were the best they’ve been in a long time but the chicken tacos were so damn dry and that’s usually the safe bet at any taco shop, I’ve slowly stopped eating here but if they keep up the improvements like with the steak last night I will definitely be back to ordering more often not trying to be harsh or mean but cmon guys I know you can make great food and last night showed it for the first time in years for me

This was my first time trying this place out at first I was worried because of the reviews but it was nice and clean the guy came pretty quickly he was quite nice to me when I asked for a minute to look over the menu then I asked for my two taco de pasto and my water de chata idk how to spell it sorry he made them pretty quick doing another order and answering the phone I didn’t see anyone else there so yeah anyway in all the taco were good not to oily nice amount of seasoning and the water was really good so hard to find in all a good place you should try if y’all want tacos which is so hard to find close bye the price is like average to everyone else so yeah just come by and try it out.

Would not refund a bowl of menudo that I didn’t even pick up. What money are you losing from a cancelled menudo? Menudo is pre made. When I called to order he said it would be ready in 5 minutes… that’s proof alone that he didn’t make the menudo just for my order. We had to cancel because an emergency came up and we couldn’t go pick it up. He refused to refund… said he had to go call someone else. I said can I please have the managers name… okay ma’am buh bye was his response. Horrible customer service.

Hours of operation??? How about every single time I come here it is closed. 9/13/21. Hours posted say they close at 6:30pm…right now it is 5:30pm the door is closed tight but the lights are on??…last visit here was the same. And the visit before that the same. I have lost interest in Taco Ardiente since they can never seem to operate at their posted hours. Open your doors at your posted hours and maybe you can get more business. I drove all the way into town just to find your doors locked…someone is in there just as in the past. Guess it’s time to find another place for tacos…

I used to eat here 1 to 2 times per month. Decent tacos and i love their refritos. Tonight i spent close to $25 on a to go order. When I got there asked for a couple hot sauces. He was gonna charge me for them, $1.50 per each little cup of sauce. Told him I wasn’t going to pay for sauce and I never heard of a Mexican restaurant charging for taco sauce and have never paid for them in the past. He put the sauces back and on my way out I told him I’d never come back again. His response “Ya, OK, whatever”. The restaurant is always empty when I go in. Now I understand why.

Literally never open. When they are open there is a 50% chance your food will be incredible, or that they will forget the chorizo in your egg chorizo potato taco and give you slimy eggs and McDonald’s French fries wrapped up in a tortilla. Tried to go there for taco Tuesday, closed by 6:30 pm. Tried to go for some Friday night tacos, website says open, they’re closed by 6pm. Never answer the phones, never can successfully order. They used to be incredible.
