We recently celebrated my daughter’s baby shower at Tacconellis’s and it was absolutely wonderful. The theme “Special Delivery” matched the venue perfectly. Vince, the owner was incredibly accommodating and answered all my emails and questions promptly. The staff went above and beyond. The set up was great, we had the place to ourselves. There was plenty of food, 3 courses plus gelato bar. No one went home hungry. Price is reasonable. Everything ran smoothly and it made the day special. I highly recommend.

Taconellis is my favorite food in town. My son and I always go for a pizza, pasta and salad. However, I leave this review with a request. PLEASE start making a gluten free option either via pasta or Pizza. My wife has celiac and we want to be able to come more often.

Ordered a red and white pizza tonight for takeout. We were excited to get the “famous” Tacconelli’s pies based on all of the stellar reviews. Perhaps, they had an off night. I understand reheating pizza from takeout lessens the overall end product. However, the white pie was borderline terrible. Super greasy, heavily salty, uber thin, and almost impossible to bite through the crust without it just ripping it to separate it from the whole piece. The red was not much better. Sparse areas of cheese among globs of red sauce. Same super thin crust which may be very good coming right from the oven. Crust was extremely chewy and hard to bite off. Sorry to post but sometimes the hype is not truly deserved.

My wife and I hosted a co-ed baby shower with ~50 family and friends at Tacconelli’s as a private event. From planning to execution, Vince was a pleasure to work with. He was receptive to various requests related to the menu, décor, desserts, set-up, etc., and worked to ensure the event met our expectations – it did that and then some! The food was delicious as to be expected from Tacconelli’s – guests have continued to rave about the salads, pastas, pizzas, and house-made gelatos. Staff were attentive throughout (set-up, event, tear-down) and checked in frequently to see if there was anything else we needed. The space also really came to life – see pictures below. I would highly recommend hosting your next private event at Tacconelli’s Haddon Ave. Thanks Vince for the memorable experience!

Visited for the first time with a company dinner group and I was absolutely blown away by the food. Everything was incredible—the pasta Bolognese, the sausage pizza, and the Margherita pizza were all fantastic.
The standout dish for me was the butternut squash ravioli with sage butter. It was truly a party for your palate. I can’t get over how fresh and bold all the flavors were.
You folks absolutely know what you’re doing. I’ll definitely be back.

Traveled in bad weather with young children and other family members to celebrate my childs birthday. Come to the place to be told I cant bring outside desserts which is complete BS when you can bring stuff to the other locations. I was then told, Didnt I read the sign on the door?. Umm no one told me when I made reservations I couldnt bring anything only to make sure we brought cash. The waitress barely made eye contact with me and looked annoyed the whole time serving us. Luckily the pizza was ok but definitely won’t recommend anyone go to that location especially for a birthday gathering…two thumbs down!!

If you see a bad review for this place, do yourself a favor and IGNORE IT. Tacconelli’s is my and my husband’s weekly staple (we can’t get enough!!). Their pizzas are always great but their pastas are the star of the show (so damn yummy). Everyone who works at Tacconelli’s is sweet, respectful, and funny (which makes dining in more enjoyable). We’ve had most of the pizzas on the menu and all the pastas they have had on their rotating menu and we don’t have a single bad thing to say about them. Vince and his team do a great job creating pasta dishes that are so incredibly fresh, unique, and flavorful!!

Wr made reservations at the end of November for today, December 13. An annual dinner we do with our in-laws for the holiday. Never received a phone call, or a text or an email or any update, and apparently you guys decided to close and not inform us, so we drove 40 minutes to your empty parking lot and a paper sign on the window. It’s less than two weeks of Christmas, and we have no way of rescheduling this now, because everything else is already booked.
If it was really maintenance that you couldn’t avoid, phone calls should’ve gone out immediately upon known you could not have had service. Really sad because you had great pizza and we recommended it everywhere, that’s over now.

2025 Review
Portions are still small but delicious. The staff are nice and work together. Music was on point during our visit. $85 for two people ordering salad, pizza bread, orichette pasta and a pie.
2024 Review
Cash only establishment but BYO with accepting service of wine glasses and bottle opening. Electronically controlled rolling windows with street front open window bar style seats facing the road, tables and booths. Two wood burning ovens for pies and a pasta selection where they show you the noodles for explanation upon request. Portions were small both pasta and pie but the product was good just wish we had a little more. Family of 5 dining at a round table with a nice atmosphere. Call ahead for a reservation.
