Taby’s is a terrific little diner. They make great burgers and breakfast. The interior is very dated but if you’re hungry and want a good meal at a reasonable price, it’s the place to go. Burgers are huge and the beef is excellent. Breakfast platters are generous as well. Service is excellent.

Wow, wow, wow. This place is AMAZING. I had the burger. Best burger of my life, even leftover which I typically hate a burger left over was so so good. The cheese was perfect. My husband got the prime rib. He loved it. The pickles were so so so good. Great service. I’ll be raving about this for a long time.

Great place! Burgers are really really good! Super big and filling. The lettuce and tomato were super fresh. We also had the waffle fries which were delicious. Great restaurant with a cute atmosphere!

Walking by this place is always packed. Food was fine, nothing crazy but enjoyable. Prices very fair for portions given. Service was spectacular. Food was hot & ready within 10 minutes for pick up. Love when a restaurant asks & provides if a customer wants condiments !! Should be a simple thing but most places don’t or they charge you for them !
Also the woman at the checkout counter had one of the nicest voices I’ve ever heard. She should be on the radio. Not sure why I included that in this review but it’s noteworthy.

The service was excellent. Was there with a large party, and the server provided the group with separate checks. Not too many waiters can/will do that, and then you get caught up in Venmo/Zelle/CashApp conversations. The food was okay. I had French toast with way too much cinnamon. I could not really enjoy the flavor of the meal. But everything else, coffee, bacon, was good. The atmosphere was chill.

Fast service,hot food, great hamburgers, always friendly atmosphere, always a table open. There fried zucchini sticks are fantastic. Gyros are excellent too all with very generous portions. Consistently Fresh good tasting food and good serving always get waited on right away food arrives promptly. Seating is always available. Prices For three average $50.00 for burgers or Gyros and french fries and drinks and zucchini sticks. You can either sit in the front windows or in the back room that’s very nice to. And many seats in between.

The Oyster bay burger I ordered was cooked well to my preference, tasted good, and was decently priced.
All burgers here have 1/2 lbs (!) of meat, plus the deluxe comes with a surprisingly nice salad and fries that was so much in quantity it was like 3 bags of large McDonald’s fries. All in all, I don’t see how it is humanly possible to finish all that all at once.
Our waiter didn’t have a name tag but he was kind and attentive.
One downside is the bathrooms which are gender specific and it’s one per gender. I wanted to wash my hands before burgers come but it was occupied and had to wait for more than 15 minutes, which is quite a lot for just washing hands.

I had to try their burger. I ordered the Taby’s Famous 1/2 lb Burger Oysterbay with mozzarella, mushrooms, grilled peppers and fried onions,
Also available as a deluxe burger served with French fries and a deluxe salad, which is mixed greens, tomato, feta cheese and vinaigrette dressing. Very good except their need to toast the buns because the juices from the burger soak the bun causing it to fall apart.
My ordered the Vegetarian Omelet ,with fresh mushrooms, onions, peppers and tomatoes, served with potatoes and toast with butter and jelly. Huge and also very good.

Went here for the first time today and it was super delicious. The staff also were super nice as well and the atmosphere felt very comfy. Me and my friends had a great time overall and I’d be happy to come back here again. Thank you for the wonderful service!!!
