I figured new management, new workers, should be decent quality. I asked for halvsies, half fries half onion rings with my whopper meal. They charged me for a whole separate small halvsies and IT ONLY HAD 3 ONION RINGS! When the window worker was passing me my drink, the lid fell off and almost spilled all over me and in my car. The rodeo burger had NO bbq sauce. I’ve worked many fast food so I know old meat when I see it and this whopper patty has been sitting out for at least 3 hours.

I went in to get lunch and had a cube for two fish for six. Few people in front of me also had coupons and of course all they had were two kiosk open that you can use coupons with the two gentlemen in front of me waited for five minutes before just going to the kiosk and ordering something different I then went up and said hello. Can I get some help and Keira? The manager on duty took my order for two plain fish, a medium fry and a medium drink it took 14 minutes from myself to get my food and then pulled fish regular fish with lettuce, tartar sauce, and cheese, and then took another asked to get two plain fish. The two gentlemen in front of me also waited about 15 minutes the one only getting a kids meal with a cookie once they started to end the food they said oh we’re out of cookies some of the worst service I have ever witnessed

Sorry, this location is very short staffed. Each of the 3 times I’ve used the drive through, I have waited progressively longer. Today was almost 10 minutes. The cashier had to move from window 1 to the service wi dow.

I work right around the corner from them so I was excited to see they opened back up. Went through the drive through today. Placed my order and then just sat there for about 15 minutes. There were about 5-6 cars in front of me that were all waiting and no one was moving. Finally I just left and went across the street to Wendy’s. I left there and when I pulled out the same car was still at the window. lol

We arrived at the 68th st Burger King 1:30 with a coupon we received in the mail. We were told we had to order with the kiosk in the lobby and pay with a card and if we wanted to use the coupon we would have to wait. There were only 3 employees in the store and the employees were very frustrated and rude to us. After 15 minutes of no one taking our order we went into the drive through and when we got to the first speaker to give our order we were told it would be a while before they could take our order. Finally after about 10 minutes someone took our order and we’re told to pull to the second window. About 35 minutes after arriving we finally received our order. I don’t know if several employees failed to show up for work or if 3 employees was the plan but I can’t recommend anyone going to the 68th st restaurant unless you have a lot of time and don’t mind being treated rudely.

This BK went out of business and reopened a month or so ago. Stopped in, wasn’t sure they were even open because of so few people there. Went thru the drive through, and even tho there was only one car in front of me, still took over 15 minutes to get my original chicken sandwich. Parked, took a bite , and the sandwich was cold. Looked at the sandwich, and saw that the bun was moldy!! Went inside, and when I saw the employees that were there, the food quality, wait time, building condition, vowed never to go back. Got my $6 back and went to Subway. Honestly, what owner wants this to be someone’s first impression to a newly reopened franchise restaurant!!??

Worst drive thru experience possible. First off, when I pulled up to the speaker I was greeted not by a human voice but a recording of Sponge Bob??? No adult that has had children wants to hear that. But that’s very minor. My order gets taken and I move up to the window, only 1 car in front of me. It was almost 10 minutes before I saw that person pay for their food. After several more minutes that person still hadn’t gotten their food so I hadn’t even got to the window after approximately 15 minutes. So I got out of line, drove to McDonalds, ordered, had 4 cars in front of me, got my food and as I drive back past Burger King the SAME car was still at the window waiting for their food !

No one in restaurant and I know why, this place went through a makeover but it doesn’t seem like they were concerned about the shady service. Food is cold like it’s been sitting. Don’t waste your money people!!!!
