It has been a place for many regulars in the Peekskill/Cortlandt Manor area to meet and dine for years. Table 9’s close proximity to the Bear Mountain Bridge and ample parking makes it an obvious choice for many who are exploring the Lower Hudson Valley. Very good option for locals. Something for everyone. They just need to show some attention to detail and I’d be there more. Forget that the crab cake “hoagie” comes on a round brioche bun. It’s that it comes dry with no sauce. Missed opportunity. The cocktails are syrupy and made with flavored alcohols instead of basic ingredients like citrus, throwing them out of balance. Staff was happy to oblige by bringing mayo for the sandwich and a couple slices of lemon to rescue the drink. Though I do not like single-use plastic. Lobster rolls are good and not too expensive, but the giant celery slices give the unfair impression of filler. Nice side salad greens and spiral carrots – no dressing. They would have nailed the chocolate layer cake, except that the photo on the menu shows it lined with strawberries that you don’t get. Advertising homemade chocolate sauce in the sundae but disappointing with maybe a teaspoon of it on crystallized ice cream. Very good French fries.

We had a wonderful experience at Table 9! The food came out fresh and full of flavor. The portions were generous from the crispy chicken tenders with fries to the creamy shrimp pasta and the perfectly cooked fish with lemon sauce and broccoli. The nachos were loaded and delicious.
Service was quick, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere was comfortable, and everything was served nice and hot. Definitely a place we’d come back to again.

Although their website does feature Brunch on Sundays, it also lists lunch everyday… not so! Brunch it is: I ordered the T-9 Benedict and splurged on a mimosa (which was heavy on the alcohol). I added an orange juice. The fare was just that, fair. More diner than restaurant, and pricier than it should be. I really want to like this place, but they haven’t earned my ‘like.’ As I said, it was a disappointment.

Pretty tasty food, quick service, huge space and convenient location. Never had a crab cake sandwich but it was good! The chicken was cooked well for the salad.

My cousin brought me here from out of town. We were greeted with a smile and sat in the middle of the restaurant. The floor plan and seating were very accommodating.
We both ordered burgers. He ate the BBQ,and I had the black and blue. Very good, cooked to temp.
I ordered their signature homemade NY cheesecake. It was also very good. Overall a very nice dining experience.

Bernard was great, helped with a suggestion and made my request for Sunday brunch burger without any issues. Would have gave it a 5 if the burger held together, fell apart at the end. However, it was delicious and I definitely will be back.

I am from Maryland and visit New York weekly. I used to live in Putam Valley, NY 30 years ago when it was called “Reef and Beef”.
I went there this past weekend, and it was just terrible.
We never received a salad or were asked about a salad. So, we bought a salad that was not even worth mentioning…
We never received any bread or were even asked about it. so whatever..
My wife ordered chicken Picata and it was tasty but hardly worth the money.
I unfortunately order the meatloaf dinner, and arrived cold with warm mashed potatoes and cold vegatables.
This resturant was such a let down especially when compared to a stuffed flounder dinner and salad bar at the old resturant that I knew and dinned at so many times….

Came here last week for a family dinner and had a great experience! Everyone was super friendly and attentive, and the manager was very present on the dining room floor. We ordered the Appetizer Sampler, Penne a la Vodka, Salmon Burger with Sweet Potato Fries, and an Apple Crumble for dessert! Nicely and freshly prepared, tasty, and overall great! Will return!
