Must try when you are in Bend! I tried their Birria Tacos crunchy and soft style both. My husband tried the California burrito vegetarian and he said the potatoes in the burrito were seasoned and cooked perfectly. Everything was delicious!! The meat was so tender, melt in mouth and flavorful. I woke up craving these the next day. We will visit again for sure.

Quite possibly the best chile relleno I’ve ever had. All the dishes were exploding with fresh ingredients(spanish rice was done so right) and full of flavor. Must try when in Bend. Owner is great to talk to as well.

We are from baja california, and believe me we have the best tacos, we came to visit Bend oregon and after a few days we craves tacos, so we looked for some Mexican tacos and we found this food truck, BEST TACOs de Carne asada. And to add a plus they had Mexican coca cola , there pica de Gallo salsa, we call it salsa Bandera and the red sauce were the bomb. Best tacos we had in the USA, and we traveled to Arizona, California, NY and this place in bend oregon is delicious. The meat was tender great taste. Family owned excelent service ot was just delicious.

This is TRUE mexican food. Bend doesn’t understand what true mexican food is, but this is it. Best tacos in town. Support this place without a doubt.

The vegan tacos were the best I’ve had in town. I ate three and I wanted 3 more, not because it wasn’t enough food but because it was so good I wanted to pass out full of delicious tacos. They were made with crispy potatoes, grilled onions, salsa, guac and a tangy green salsa. Delicious!

We visited Tablas while attending a Silver Moon Brewery event. Great menu and we had carnita tacos. The tacos were a little dry but next time we go, we’ll ask for sauce. Great service and will return very soon! It’s located outside of Silver Moon so you can eat outside near the fire pit or inside the brewery.

Came here for a late dinner and it did not disappoint. We shared a California Burrito. The flavors were amazing and no extra salsa was needed. The horchata was definitely homemade and delicious. Service was exceptional! Our burrito was split for us and displayed so nicely. We will be back!
