Home visiting my mother coming from the Chicago suburbs, the land of Mexican restaurants. My aunt suggested this place for dinner I have to say I was seriously impressed being in the middle of BFE. Yes the service was a bit slow with limited staff but the food was well worth the wait the margaritas were fantastic had ordered 2 pitchers which was the the equivalent of about 3 per person. They even had my favorite East coast Mexican dish the Chori Pollo can find that in Chicago. I will definitely be coming back.

Heard that they had decent food. Wrong! Went there and waited a very long time to get our food. The corn shells were drenched in oil, my son’s burger bun was soaking wet and flat, the horchata had powder just sitting at the bottom. Then my son went to get change and they were giving soda out of 2 liter bottles sitting on the counter. I told who I’m assuming may be the owner (a women) and showed her as well as told her we wouldn’t be coming back she didn’t say not one word. Let’s not mention the fact that they were out of a lot of things or said they didn’t have steak from a certain part of the menu and that’s due to people not ordering it, hmmm then take it off of the menu. Really disappointed and never write reviews but I was not happy at all.

I normally do not write reviews but had to comment. I ordered the street tacos and the steak was rancid. The pork taco was fine and tasted good. Told the server and she came back with 10% discount but no apology from owner or manager (no other employee working the floor). The salsa was a runny liquid, asked for a different cup and it came back the same way with a little onion & cilantro added. The refried beans tasted burnt. Not a good experience. Note: we were the only customers there at noon.

Great food! Solid service. Love the outdoor patio. Margaritas were tasty. Had the flaming cheese fajitas and my significant other had the stuffed pineapple. The bacon in mine made the fajita flavor great and the pineapple was a nice touch of sweetness with the other flavor combinations in the entre. Would recommend checking it out! We’re definitely going back to try other things.

Wanted to check this place out after they moved in, and we were not disappointed! Had a nice chat with the owner, and ended up coming back a few days later with friends. Very good food, everyone in our party was very happy with their meals. Portions are smaller than expected, but priced very well! Drinks could be a little stronger (personal preference) but they were very well made and tasted great! All in all, a very good restaurant, and we will definitely be back!

Arrived later in the evening with my girlfriend and ordered a cheese enchilada with a side of rice and beans – the enchilada was unfortunately flavorless and soggy and the rice was very dry. She had gotten street tacos which had excellent presentation and said were very good. The menu was easy to navigate but looked as if it had been typed up in Microsoft Word and wasn’t very informative. The atmosphere felt like they catered more to a bar crowd than typical dine-ins.

Food was excellent. We went in as a large group. I expected the food to come out over a few minutes. What I didn’t expect was to be the last one so far behind that everyone else was finished eating by the time I got my food. No apology or anything. I think they forgot to make it.

Their food tasted old and very grease. Tried the dogs the wouldn’t even eat it. I wouldn’t not recommend anyone in New Holstein to eat their. They also charge u for the to go containers. Their menu online is not accurate and they don’t have it in their menu that they charge u for to go containers. The chicken wings tasted old and watery bq sauce and the Salas is watery. The nachos are burnt and grease.

Really great experience for a date night with my wife last night. I had the Tobasco special burrito and she had a quesadilla. She got churros for dessert and I got fried ice cream. Everything was really delicious and service was very fast and very friendly. I’ve already recommended to several friends and family members.
