Horrible experience, out of cheese, out of onions ect, soda machine missing tips, soda squirting out everywhere, Store a disaster, one person working, waited 30 min for her to make sandwich. Because she is only person working? Pretty sure she can’t take any breaks or lunch which is illegal in California. Take your hard earned money and go somewhere where it is appreciated. Never go here

It was one of the best experiences I have had at Subway. I met the owner of this location. She was very friendly and welcoming. My sandwiches were already ready from my app order, which is rare, and I was able to get 2 free cookies by completing a survey. The employees looked happy as well to work for a great owner. I give this Subway location 5 stars.

Fast and easy service. Mary, I believe was her name, very friendly and kind. The other girl was rude and had no respect to customers.
The customer who was ahead of us wanted a to go bag, the cashier threw the bag at the customer. I don’t know her name, had tattoos on both arms

I rate this place 5 stars specifically because Hailey she was one of the workers that night I went to get my food and have to say she is overally polite, helpful when I asked about new dressing for my sandwich and I know my sandwich was made with love because it was overally good mmmm. Hailey she’s a very bright spirit go to this subway you won’t be disappointed.

This Subway is not good! The girl making the sandwiches had no creative ability. She loaded the sandwich with all the fixings in the center and when she cut the bread she ripped the bread in multiple places on the 12″ sandwich. Her attitude was so poor. She had this look on her face like she was band to the deepest, darkest place in hell….called Subway! If you dont like the place you’re working at then hey….pretend to because frankly no body cares. We are coming to the establishment for food or whatever, not for your bad teenage attitude. The place was nasty too. Cutting board dirty and veggies and tuna all over. The place was not busy at all. There were 2 people working there and not one of them was concerned with the cleanliness of the place. I will not be going back.

Great Service from Lucy who was trying her best during a rush. Seriously 1 person at the counter can’t do everything. No one to cover her so she can use the restroom is ridiculous. Management is going to lose money as people walk out due to the lines or lack of toppings for the sandwiches.

Absolutely the best Subway! I didn’t know what i wanted, so I asked for a recommendation. I ended up with the ultimate BLT. It was great! The shop had newly equipped stations that would close, keeping everything fresh and dynamite service. Also, they were fully stocked. The manager was super friendly! Thank you for reintroducing me to Subway as an option.

I went in today on 12/5 around 6:30. There were two girls behind the counter one with her AirPods in and another in the back texting. Both of them had the nastiest looks on their faces when I walked in. A couple minutes passed by and a gentleman walked in the other girl who was on her phone just looked at the man and said no I don’t work here as she was texting away in the back then she and the other girl laughed. They continued to give me a sloppy made sandwich and paid no attention when I was making my order.

Been a while but the service has decreased 7x since I used to be here regularly… Fair warning for those considering a quick bite.
Ordered two footlong Subs with a protein (1 steak, 1 bacon), egg and cheese for pickup. I arrived home, bit into my steak sub and noticed a lack of egg.. and toast on the edges… And as I ate, a lack of cheese.. and freshness. The other sub sadly was the same, with many missing ingredients. When I picked it up they said nothing about my missing ingredients, or maybe a broken toaster. My number is on the receipt.. they did not reach out while making it either.
No one was was there in the shop when I arrived, it wasn’t busy… No subs were being made. I can’t see a good reason my subs were missing 2/3 of the ingredients in it’s name… Let alone the rest of the order. And management didn’t seem to care to reach out either (I sure did). With no explanation from anyone, I don’t wish to return here. Their attitude and care is clear. It’s been years I’ve been a customer, but there’s better options by far if this is how they operate.
