My wife and I have been waiting to come into Taan Eatery for a long time, and we are so glad we finally did. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere provided the perfect setting for our dinner. We really appreciated the great hospitality, especially from our server, Jase. Jase did a fantastic job hosting us and made some excellent recommendations that made our meal even better. We truly loved our experience and will definitely be back.

Adding ‘Asian Mussels’ and ‘Shrimp tempura bowl’ into my comfort food list. They are so good. The Asian in me is completely satisfied after so long . We we just walking back home, when we came across this place, decided on spot to have dinner and man, I almost had tears. we also tried their ‘Creamy Scallop and Shrimp Spaghetti’, ‘Salmon Ginger Teriyaki’, mango tea and jasmine tea.
A bit ambitious for two people, so ended up having leftovers. We spent 101$ to be precise but 4 people can easily share. Should cost 25-30$ at most per person.
I’ll go back to try other teas too next time 😉

We had a most pleasant experience at Taan Eatery. We had the meatballs and cauliflower to start and they were both great. Our mains were the shrimp tempura and the street duck noodles. Both were very, very good at medium heat. The server had a cool sense of humor and the owner spent plenty of time at our table making sure my wife’s allergy and preferences were well handled. All in all, a really nice experience. We will be back.

I’m very much into Thai cuisine and always look for the best Thai food anywhere I travel. That being said, Taan Eatery was absolutely fantastic.
I had the seaweed salad, chicken satay and beef soup. The beef soup was incredible. The soup flavors were very aromatic and I had never had this type of Thai Beef Soup, so I was very pleasantly surprised.
You always know if a Thai restaurant is authentic if they have fresh Thai chili peppers and this place didn’t disappoint!
I will absolutely be back to try more of the menu.

If you are looking for traditional Thai, go to the restaurant behind it (same owner – great experience). If you’re looking for a completely different experience of Thai / Italian infusion – this place will not disappoint. Just be ready to try something different. It takes a minute to look over the menu and get the feel but once you get it, you get it and everything we ordered was perfect.
The wine list is fantastic and if you know wine you’ll know that the bottle of Quintessa on the list tells you everything you need to know about the owner and quality standards.
Recommendation? Start with the pot stickers, move on to the sea bass, mild heat, very light sauce, and finish with green tea ice cream.

I recently dined at this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and flavorful preparations. The service was equally excellent. Our server Rebecca is very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience. I will definitely be returning soon!

My wife and I had dinner at Taan Eatery in Denton for the first time, and it didn’t disappoint. The food and service were excellent! As we hadn’t been there before, Becca, who was awesome, walked us through some of the favorite starters and mains. We started with Tumeric Roasted Cauliflower. I had the Creamy Scallop and Shrimp Spaghetti in a red curry pesto, and my wife had the Spaghetti Kee Mow with shredded grilled chicken. Everything was amazing! We have been to their sister restaurant, Thai Square, too many times to count, and we can’t believe it took us so long to try Taan Eatery. We will 100% be back. Probably next week!

We traveled to Denton to look at colleges and decided to try this spot out for dinner. We had a vegan and two omnivores in our group. We all enjoyed our meals. We had the spinach potstickers with tofu, shrimp tempura bowl, brocliflower dish with plant-based chicken added, and the mus sa mun pot pie with shredded chicken. Everything was great. My daughter that had the shrimp tempura dish said it was a bit heavier than expected, but she still ate every bite. My daughter that had the brocliflower with the plant based chicken loved it. Said she would have it again. I had the pot pie, and it was very flavorful and not too spicy (you can adjust the spiciness to your liking). The potstickers were delicious. All in all, it was a good meal. We will definitely return if my kids go to college in Denton! 🙂
