We love T.C.’s Grill! The food is always fresh and delicious! They have a daily special almost every day and you can have breakfast anytime. The chicken tenders are made with fresh (not frozen) chicken. And fish is cooked fresh, also. We ate here last night after a long day of having work done on the house and I didn’t want to cook. I got the taco salad special which was delicious and hubby got a hamburger and baked potato. Quick and convenient! Homestyle cooking at its best!

Today I popped in here because I was in the area, and I had never been before. I had fried shrimp with a sweet potato and a root beer. The food was great! So the reviews aren’t wrong there. They said I could sit anywhere that was open, so I picked a booth. It was dirty, but I figured they’d clean it off after I sat down. Nope. They never offered to clean off the table, so I just slid down to the cleaner side. That’s the only reason I took off stars. If they can keep the place a little cleaner, I will definitely be back for the food. I went between 2:30 & 3pm.

I don’t know how this place is rated in the top three best breakfast places in Maryville. There’s no way possible you can rate this anywhere near the category of First watch. We were seated very quickly. We waited 10 minutes to get the drinks that we wanted. My brother ordered chocolate milk, and what they do just take white milk and pour Hershey’s chocolate In the milk. That milk came to the table basically white because she just put a dab in it. My brother asked for more that came out with one of those cups that you put like sour cream in, Instead of just giving him one of the 30 some bottles that they got stacked up on the Shelf. His hamburger omelette was OK. Drinks were OK except for the water that water tasted horrible. I ordered biscuits and gravy and one pancake. I know to each is their own, but they’re gravy almost had no flavor unless you found a chunk of sausage in it. I like my sausage gravy a little on the spicy side, Like I said, I was not fond of the flavor or lack of flavor. To be honest, I believe I can make better pancakes at home than this place. We had been here before for lunch and had no problem with the place, But there is no way I’ll ever be back here for breakfast again. First watch will be my go to from now on

The server was so pleasant, cheerful and she had a great sense of humor. Prices were fair. Presentation wasn’t great (menus were tattered) and food quality was so-so (I was asked what finish I’d wanted my patty-mekt to be, and I said med-rare; it was delivered well-done, so I only finished half). Didn’t send it back because I was someone’s guest, that’s a rude and ungrateful thing to do. Restaurant was not at all busy, so my advice is maybe don’t count on their patty-melt to be grilled as you specify.

I placed a to go order. When we got there the order was hot and fresh. We ordered 3 full orders of fried mushrooms. The people were friendly and sweet. Those were the best mushrooms we have ever had. Thank you for the good service and fresh food

We ate at TC Grill tonight we ordered chicken tenders and a cheeseburger and fries the chicken was hot and juicy though the breading can use a bit of seasoning the burger was pretty good not sure why it’s a 7 oz patty instead of 8 oz it could be the food distributor but I’m not sure about that though and the fries were very good but, the amount that came out wasnt very much unfortunately. Friendly staff as well

The food was good, I will say that, but the service was just awful. When we came in, the hostess had 2 other groups before us. She would seat one, and then just disappear so it took forever to be seated. Once we were seated, we had looked over the entire menu and decided what we wanted to eat before we were ever greeted or our drink order taken. Since we had already decided, we put in our order when she took the drinks. Someone else brought our food, and brought us a salad we didn’t order. We gave it back. No one checked on us again. We spent half our meal without drinks because no one came to refill them. She finally came after we had eaten and someone else had gathered our dishes. Then she told us our food shouldn’t be too much longer. I informed her that we had already eaten and were waiting on the check. It just seemed like they would seat someone and see who could wait on them, not assigned tables. I don’t know. The service was bad enough that we probably won’t go back. They were super nice, just very very inefficient.

The tastiest converted gas station breakfast you’ll have in blount County. Yes, their prices have gone up, but that’s inevitable, now isn’t it? The food has consistently been solid, and then some. I’ve only ever had breakfast here, but it’s a tasty local choice for eggs and such.
