The food I found fresh and the meat choices were diverse. Each one has a separate taste. I’m ranking this as a fast food not a restaurant. Honestly I don’t see why there are bad reviews, the price is good for what you get. Overall the people are nice and the food was better than your average mall fare, the atmosphere? Well it’s a mall eatery so… All in all good and I think it deserves a 4. I would have taken a picture of the food it looked good, but we ate it too fast lol.

Honey chicken is probably the only good thing on the menu. Even so some pieces can be tough. General Tao chicken is okay but can have too much sauce. The rice is dry and some pieces are hard. Spring rolls are crunchy but nothing is inside. Staff do not appear to be listening to you.
Free mall WiFi. Cafeteria seating. Appears to be clean behind the counter. No credit card surcharge. Portions are okay for the price.

Wanna give them a 0. This isn’t Chinese Japanese or any other Nese food, the rice they serve should get them shut down, I ask about why the rice taste like that and she says they don’t make it like everyone else I say it don’t have to be like everyone else at least should taste like fried rice and it doesn’t, they are scamming people with this bs. Do not eat here at all

My wife and I tried Szechuan Express at the Outlet Collection at Niagara Mall, and our experience was wonderful.
We ordered a 3-item meal with noodles, vegetables, shrimp, and chicken — all of which were delicious. The flavor and spices were just right, and the portion was generous enough for both of us.
I should mention that I hadn’t checked their reviews on Google Maps beforehand — and if I had, I might not have chosen them. But I’m glad we did!
Highly recommended.

Welcoming atmosphere, people full of kindness, and amazing dish!
These are more details about the dishes:
1. Spicy tofu: It tastes exactly the same as the lunch I had in a Chinese public school. Not as spicy as I expected, but still good!
2. Noodles: Amazing! It also has a similar taste to the one I had in China. Five out of five 🙂
3. Honey Chicken: You must allow me to tell you how ardently I admire and love you. The best chicken I ever have had… 10 billion out of five.

We ordered their today special which was $15 something (3 items + rice/noodles + 1 spring rolls). We picked honey chicken, orange chicken, szechuan beef + rice and 1 spring roll. They were all delicious. The portion is quite big too. Totally worth the price.

Chinese fast food located inside the food court. I had the noodle soups and was satisfied with the taste and portion size. Food was served quickly and staff were friendly. I recommend trying them out if you’re in the outlet mall.

My recent visit to a store was thoroughly disappointing. I purchased a single item plate for my son and asked the admin to be more generous with the noodles, as I noticed they were being frugal with other customers. However, my request was ignored, and I received a smaller serving than expected. Paying $13 for a small serving of noodles and a limited amount of sweet and sour chicken was excessive. The store’s business practices seem to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction, which may explain the lack of customers. I would advise others against visiting this store please don’t waste your time and money in the store.

Honey chicken and thin noodles was delicious, chili chicken was super crispy and slightly spicy but not overly spicy. When asked if food was dairy free, I got an immediate answer that it was all dairy free. I would recommend them! Even if eating inside the eatery, I’d recommend getting the take out tray, otherwise they’ll give you a plate.
