Yes, it’s a food truck, and yes, the food (and friendly service) is fantastic. It’s a little ways out of the downtown core, but it’s absolutely worth it. Do not just drive past and dismiss it because it’s a truck. My family and I had superior take-away meal at a fraction of the cost compared to some of the downtown Vashon establishments we’ve gone to. You will not be sorry that you chose to eat here; a tremendous value for super delicious Middle Eastern fare!

Whether you’re a food truck fan or not, make this your next stop on the island! The food is outstanding – had their dolmas, kabob plates, and gyro plates and everything from the juicy meat to the perfectly made hummus was spot on. The hospitality was 11/10 and the authentic mango juice hit the spot. Perfect for a quick pick-up on a cold/rainy day or hang out around the truck and enjoy the deliciousness on a blissful, summer day.
Been looking for the best middle-eastern spot in Washington and folks, this is it hands down. Don’t eat meat? They have fantastic salad and wrap options (try the eggplant one, it’s kinda life-changing).

I love the family that runs it. I would like them to use better premade flatbread and pre prepared meats. Their falafel is very well cooked, and tasty. I have a personal preference for thicker bodied sauces and hummus, but that is very subjective. Overall, it’s a pretty reasonable price for pretty good food. They have the very positive distinction of being open when many other food vendors are closed.

Super friendly family business. If you’ve never had Syrian food before, you should try it! Think juicy grilled meat, flavorful rice, warm bread and fresh crisp salads. Plus, the owners and workers are absolutely lovely. Highly recommended!

Delicious food! Wish we could order everything on the menu. We tried the chicken shawarma meal & it did not disappoint. The proprietors we’re so friendly & the service was fast. Wish this was closer to where we lived because we’d be regulars. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

I usually don’t eat from food trucks. I was very impressed with their food. I got lamb and beef kebap and it was so delicious. Rice, hummus and the salad was so good. Must try. They love what they are doing and they re super friendly.
I highly recommend.

Work brought me to Vashon for the first time I can remember. Went here during a break because I saw the ratings and I know how amazing Syrian cuisine can be, and this tiny food truck still managed to surprise me! Got a spicy falafel wrap, some dolmas, and while I had set out to get some rice and hummus, I accidentally misread the menu when ordering (which is dumb on my part because the menu is very easy to read and understand), I’ll be bringing my family out here just to eat here to make up for that. If you live in the general Seattle-Tacoma metropolitan area, this place is a culinary MUST to stop by!

The food is good and the purple are nice. They actually remembered me six months after my first visit. The family that owns the business are very kind and welcoming. I recommend you try their food out of your visiting the island.

This place is exceptional. Falafel was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Fava beans were delicious. Also had chicken shawarma, baklava, baba ganoush and rice/pita — all very, very delicious. Should not be missed!
