I dined at Syberg’s with a group of friends on a Friday night around 9pm and we had a terrific experience! I chose their Cajun Mahi Tacos, and they were surprisingly flavorful. They had just the right amount of pineapple-citrusy heat combined with that blackened saltwater fish that makes your mouth water! Needless to say, I’d definitely recommend it to all of my friends and family.

If you’re looking for delicious food, friendly fast service, and a variety of of dishes that you’re familiar with yet are not boring, then Syberg’s in Wentzville is a spot you should check out.

P.S. When you arrive, I’d highly suggest you ask to be seated in Emma’s area. She was knowledgeable about the menu, little nuisances, to ensure 100% satisfaction!

*** Avoid the happy hour specials – Scam ***
Presented below is the middle piece of the quesadilla, it’s literally just bread. They skimp on all the good stuff during happy hour. I would avoid all happy hour “specials” aka special reduction to what makes what you’re ordering even edible. Didn’t even bother to complain bc I don’t want a remake with spit, anyone who makes a quesadilla that bare would. Also heard a small child table next to complain about how there is no cheese on their quesadilla.

We had the best family dinner on Sunday night at Sybergs in Wentzville! Our server, Hannah, made us feel right at home. She took wonderful care of us and the next time we’re in we’re going to request her. The food was perfect down to the last bite with enough to take home for snacks later. We ordered the Pretzel Bites appetizer and we were not disappointed. I’m upset I only got one picture of the food because everything was SO amazing, but we were too excited to eat to get pictures. We can’t wait to come back. The prices were extremely reasonable, too. Kids’ meals were only $6 a plate! Thank you for the great food and awesome service!!

First the good – staff was great. Very polite, quick on refills and getting food to the table in a good time. Fried pickles were awesome and their special sauce was fantastic. Homemade chips were good.

Now the bad – We got a couple of bacon burgers and a chicken wrap. Both burgers were so charred that they had no other flavor other than burned meat. I love a good char-burger, this was not that. It took a lot of will power to just get it done and I had to cut the edges off my son’s just so he could get half of it down. Asked for a medium cooked burger and this thing was well done and then hit with a flamethrower. The chicken in the wrap was half fat half chicken and my wife could not get through it. Onion rings were just OK but the batter was very salty.

We had never been here before and likely wont return. I was hoping to find a new spot in Wentzville but this will not be one we go back to. We all had a good time laughing at each other as we tried to make it through dinner amd again, the staff was very nice. Just not for us.

What a fun place! Traveled thru from Kentucky. Sat at the bar and Gianna was super personable and a very nice bartender. Food was also on point. We will definitely be back. 10 star! ⭐️ ❤️

I took my sister there for her birthday. The atmosphere was good, the server was on top of everything and delightful, and was very helpful as this was our first time at this restaurant. We had two appetizers, loaded potato skins and fried pickle chips. The potato skins were perfect, not over or under cooked, and just the right amount of cheese and bacon bites. The pickles were a bit over battered but still good, the dipping sauce that came with was a bit too sweet for my taste and over took the flavor of the pickle instead of bringing that flavor out. We had sides of salad and it was delicious, had just the right amount of cheese and croutons and red pepper, and red onion, and the red onion was cut well and thin so it did not over power the taste in the salad. I do think it needed a bit of carrots and or tomatoes.
We decided to try all three of the mac and cheeses. The lobster mac was creamy, and hot, however a bit too salty and the noodlesa bit mooshy. The symac was also creamy and hot, the noodles were good, a bit plane for the sauce, the grilled chicken was cooked well just a bit salty. The Cajun shrimp pasta was delicious, a bit too spicy and the shrimp a bit salty. The fried chicken was very good, crisp on the outside tender on the inside. Fish and chips, were just right. This was a alright meal, but pretty expensive.

Took a long time due to serving a lot of people because of an event. The workers such as the manager Richard and the waitress Kendra were such amazing and kind people. Richard and Kendra were very apologetic and generous in a lot of ways and took good care of us. Thank you Richard and Kendra. I definitely recommend coming to wentvilles Syberg’s !

Sybergs usually does a great job. Never had any issues at the Maryland heights location or St. peters location. Wentzville location seems to be lacking in both food prep and service. 3 of the 4 items we ordered were incorrect. Appetizer came out incomplete and as we were waiting for the rest of the appetizer order our main course came out. I informed the server we were still waiting for the rest of the appetizer when the main course arrived. He said “sorry”, left our food and walked away. By the time I got to my sandwich (Chipotle chicken) it was cold. Cleverly hidden under the cheese of my sandwich was a burnt chicken breast. The burnt taste overpowered the limp soggy bacon that it came with and the tiny squirt of chipotle sauce on the top bun. The grilled chicken was crunchy and the bacon was tender. The exact opposite of what the menu described. After two bites of cold burnt sandwich I had lost my appetite. I know you can do better sybergs. The fries were good. One star for that.

The pizza toppings were plentiful. For the price, this is a great deal. The Buffalo wings were spiced well. The server brought a side of the sauce as the sauce had dried on the wings and drummies. It was a wise decision on her part. The sauce on the side was bumped the wings needed to very good.

This was the brightest and cleanest Syberg’s and we have been to. Not the others were dirty at all. It’s just that this one was really clean! Service was amazing. It was always the food is always good. Oh, and the salad was really generous. Two potato fries were delicious. My wife had a chicken provolone or provel . I had the famous Syberg’s sauce on the chicken wings. It was unique take on the chicken wing flavor. If someone brought them to the party and gobble them up. But if I did choose again, I’d probably just go with Street Buffalo. I’m old-school like that.
