The customer service was really good, but the food was horrible. Presentation should be revisited and hold the grease please. I thought the food was made fresh to order but that clearly wasn’t the case here.

The food is always amazing and the service is as well! We had Mo Bary as our server this evening and his customer service was amazing. He was very personable and went above and beyond. The food was delicious and it came out quick! I hope we get the pleasure of Mo taking care of us in the future.

Got a Gally Boy…it was maybe 12 grams of meat with paper thin cheese and for some reason they put sugar in mayonnaise and then put it on the Gally burger? Don’t believe me? Try it at home…add coconut cream for a nice coconut shrimp sauce…anyway…easily the most pathetic burger I have ever been served. The buns are the lowest quality, the patties are an embarrassment. For $5 it is an absolute offense. First and last time ever going to Swensons. Who ever says to go here is wrong.

This location has amazing workers! We were traveling from out of town & choose because of the reviews & glad that we did! Tristan was our server! He was very polite, fast & answered all our questions. We did not wait long at all for our food. We actually seen multiple cars come & go (that’s how fast the service is here)as we ate & chit chatted.

My family and I just moved here from Florida! We stopped by and Emma was so nice and polite. She explained the menu to us! She made us feel so welcomed The food was so hot and fresh. The onion rings and the shrimp dinner was my favorite. My California grape which Emma suggested was soooo good! My husband wished he had gotten three burgers. My son said the fish was fresh and his lettuce was fresh. He want another one right now. She offered us dessert and my husband strawberry milkshake was creamy and just out of this world. I can’t wait to go back. Thanks Emma

I’m getting addicted to the Double Cheeseburg with just onion, mustard, and pickle. Truly Classic. The company just turned 90. If I had to guess, it maybe started in Wisconsin? The cheese is amazing. Dreamy shakes. Quick and respectful car-hop service. I love this place.
