Sweet by Norris is a local dessert food truck and a custom cake & treat bakery offering pick up only home-cooked goods to the Central Florida area. Please call before coming to the food truck because we are mobile, on food truck the menu there is a variety of desserts like funnel cakes, deep fried Oreos, churros, banana puddings, Italian ice and cheesecake cups. Online ordering is available on Uber Eats & DoorDash. The baker, with the help of her son, Norris, began baking in 2010. Her passion grew into a thriving business delivering delicious baked goods for all occasions.

She is amazing her hot bowls were the best ! Actually everything we got was amazing. She was willing to go above and beyond to get to the location so we could pick up Saturday night! We will be back and if you are in the area you should definitely try it.

I recently tried the Reese’s Pieces pudding from Sweets by Norris and it was absolutely delicious! The portion size was perfect, not too much but enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. The combination of sweetness and crunch was spot on. I loved every bite and highly recommend trying it!

We ordered the banana pudding cup the first time we tried it and it was absolutely amazing. So we had to come back again of course and we had the banana pudding funnel cake, which unfortunately isn’t photoed because it looked delicious (as you can tell what my favorite flavor is). Both times the treats were amazing and the owner was very friendly and took the time to go over what was on the menu with us. Would definitely recommend to anyone craving something sweet since there was a great variety of treats! Overall a 100000/10 experience!

Booked SweetsByNorris for my son’s 5th birthday party and let me tell yall about the services …. From the time I booked with SweetsbyNorris the communication was amazing. Ms.Rica answered all the questions I had in a timely manner. The Vender arrived to the venue before the event started . As soon as it was time to serve it started raining but that did not stop the show . The workers helped each and every one of the customers with smiling faces. Wait time was under 2 minutes. I honestly have to say the services were phenomenal ! 10/10 recommended Lastly , the funnel cakes were hot , fresh & full of flavor , the kiddos loved them !
