Reviews
I usually get the Caesar salad and mix it with their phenomenal pesto dressing, which is only 80 calories but still packed with flavor. I also add tomatoes and cabbage for extra color and crunch. Their chicken breast is great, but I feel like the protein portions are on the smaller side, so I always order double chicken to make it more filling. I’ve also tried their salmon multiple times, and while it’s mediocre in California, it’s actually much better in Seattle for some reason.
Vibe – modern, casual and clean!
One small perk I enjoy is getting the bread on the side—my kids love it, and it’s a nice little extra. The food here is super healthy, and while it’s not a place I get excited about, it’s a solid choice for a quick and nutritious meal without having to meal prep. Four stars!
You get your lunch with the speed of a futuristic vending machine, but it tastes like it came from a coastal farm stand. They’re working with local growers, staying seasonal, and keeping everything vibrant—crunchy kale, warm wild rice, perfectly roasted sweet potatoes, and dressings that actually taste like they were made that morning.
It’s a beautiful collision of old-school values and new-world convenience. Service is fast but friendly, the space is clean and inviting, and the overall experience leaves you oddly optimistic about what fast food could become. Sweetgreen in Newport Beach isn’t just feeding people, it’s quietly upgrading the whole idea of lunch. Five stars, easily.
Their “Infinite Kitchen” automates your food prep. You always get exactly what you ordered, exactly the same amounts, and there’s super low risk of cross contamination. The automated assembly is also insanely fast. I watched my bowl being made and brought to me in under 3 minutes.
Plenty of gluten free, paleo, keto, dairy free, and grain free options. The Salmon and both chicken options are tasty.
Overall a stale environment
Every sweetgreen across different states had been consistently good, with salad bar and at least some service, but this was awful! I’ve never been so one so soulless
