The meal was delicious. My grievance is that in order to participate in the rewards you must order thru the app or online. This does make me cheated, although petty, I still feel cheated.

i’ve read some pretty nasty review of this location, but i went in and ordered my salad to go with no issues! the worker making my salad was very sweet and attentive; all the ingredients were correct and i didn’t see any cross contamination. i’ve never online ordered at this location so i can’t speak for that, but i did have an enjoyable experience and the portion + ingredients were correct.

I ordered 2 times in the last 2 weeks and both my orders delivered last night and Tuesday were wrong. Last night I ordered 1 bowl and got 3 bowls delievered nothing close to what I ordered or wanted. This has happened the last 2-3 months. Was never like this before. Not trying to be rude but they need someone just checking orders. I ordered at 745 pm it wasn’t during a big dinner or lunch rush. I’m also 9 months pregnant and due any day and it’s so disappointing and not appetizing to get the food you want when your so uncomfortable.

i went to this location yesterday with my friend & the employees were the nicest/friendliest of any location! the guy who made my bowl (i’m not sure what his name is, but his hair was half purple ☺️) was SO nice!! the food here tasted extra fresh compared to other times/other lotions, as well—even though it’s always good, it was extra good!

Love this place! We came opening weekend so the line was a bit long but that’s to be expected. The inside is very clean and modern looking. Theres tables indoors as well as outdoors to dine at. There’s a ton of salad options to choose from otherwise you can build your own salad bowl just the way you like it and they have tons of options for toppings dressings. Only complaint is that it is a bit costly and I wish you could get more toppings without paying extra.

Embarrassing. Two kids take out meals. These are supposed to be the “Mini Mezzes”. Do yourself a favor and compare the online menu to what I received before you order from this place.

I placed an Uber Eats order today and mistakenly selected the wrong location, 15 miles away. When I arrived to collect my order, the manager told me I had to go to the other location. I asked if she would accept the order if I contacted them, but she refused and insisted I drive to Schaumburg to pick it up.
When I requested to speak to another manager, she claimed she was the only one available and would not remake the order, even if I canceled and reordered. Meanwhile, she was distracted by friends visiting her at work.
While I acknowledge my mistake, her lack of assistance was disappointing, especially for a premium-priced service. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.
Kudos to Uber Eats for promptly resolving the issue and canceling the order.
