My advice is to just pick another restaurant. I love Sweetgreen and have had great luck ordering it in other cities. Sadly, there are too many issues with this particular location to make it worth ordering from. These issues are pervasive and have not been fixed, despite giving the restaurant many chances over many months. I checked my app, and I have ordered from them fourteen times over the past year. Of these, there were only two times when the order was correct.

The main problem is that ingredients are virtually always missing from the salads. I am only listing issues I’ve had with the restaurant’s preparation of the meal, none of this is Doordash’s fault; they don’t make the food.

Issues have included them only filling the bowl half-full, swapping out ingredients like arugula for romaine, not putting in the protein or swapping proteins with no explanation. A salad was completely missing salmon once, which is crazy because it was supposed to be a protein bowl. One time they put blackened chicken in instead of steak, which I didn’t really mind, (at least they put in something) despite having paid more $$ to have the steak. One other time they put in chicken, but only three pieces. They almost ALWAYS do not include the slices of bread with the order, though I double and triple check that I’ve selected it to be included. There are often missing dressings.

You can count on there always being at least 2-5 completely missing ingredients. It doesn’t seem to matter if I’ve paid extra money for them, or if they are part of the “base” salad order…there is genuinely always something wrong with the salad. At least when you are in-person you have the ability to take the salad back up when it’s incorrect. I’m not a picky “Karen” type that looks for issues in anything; I would not care if I got a salad that was basically what I ordered with a few modifications (maybe they ran out of apples or something similar…I wouldn’t care). When you’re paying a premium, and even EXTRA for additional ingredients, and they are missing, and the salad is unrecognizable, it just completely loses its value and doesn’t make sense to order.

Luckily there are no allergic issues in my household, so no one is going to have a health scare when they decide to make creative choices with a Harvest Bowl and throw in random ingredients. Honestly, I would prefer it if that was the case instead of the alternative; just getting a salad that is basically greens with nothing on top. That has happened twice, and it sucks. Like, why didn’t I just go buy a bag of Spring Box from Harvest Market?

I will never order from this restaurant if I am not in-person to visually see that I am getting the thing I am ordering. I hate even writing this, because I love Sweetgreen so much. I just wish this location could do what so many other Sweetgreen restaurants have been able to do successfully, and what makes this chain worth even spending the money on: making delicious salads correctly for consumers who want a healthy alternative.

Nice healthy fast-casual in the same vein as public greens. Incidentally it is in the same spot public greens used to have in the food court at the Keystone fashion mall. I was looking at the Avocado Greens salad but ended up going for the Fish taco bowl which was amazing. Greens were fresh, flavors were bold and delicious. Got some rosemary focaccia as my side, and a nice kombucha drink. Will definitely be back to try some other menu offerings or to build my own bowl.

Didn’t even get what I ordered. Food had literal mold. Do not order from this location!!! I used to work at the one in fishers and they could never!!!! This is so sad and I will NEVER be ordering from this location again! Everyone beware! Will be calling board of health first thing in the morning!!!! I’m appalled!!!!

The worst lunch I have ever had here and haven’t been since before the holidays, disappointed and not sure I’ll be back. Got the kids ranchy chicken to open it and have about 2 tablespoons of rice when it used to be a scoop along with a bigger portion of chicken. Rice was ice cold. Ordered a side of sweet potatoes with hot mustard only for them to be ice cold as well. Tried getting in touch with support but they ghosted me after uploading my picture. I fell in love with your restaurant because the portion sizes were perfect and would fill one up, just fell out of love because of one bad meal. It almost looks like whoever made my food today really didn’t care to be there working.

this is BY FAR the worst location I’ve ordered from. I have never see a portion so small. $20 salad. This is a double chicken harvest bowl, and it feels like someone took the time to pick the absolute worst product for my bowl down to the kale leaf. Barely any kale at all, and most ended up in the trash, due to sogginess or stems. Never ever will order from this location again.

We participated in their soft open. They have hot and cold bowls that you can choose from or you can create your own. We got ours to go and ate at the nearby Hard Truth bar to watch college football. The staff was very friendly and helped explain their menu.

As a former SG shareholder and lunch-time regular, the Sweetgreen situation is tragic. This place used to be great and my go-to lunch spot (3-4 times/week). The quality of food and service has slowly declinded over the last year, coinciding with the stock price. Due to this, Sweetgreen has fallen from my weekly lunch spot rotation and my portfolio. I’m out.

Pretty good salad options, we had good entrées. Wish the service had been a little friendlier and more inviting. Not too bad of offerings for the price. Will check it out again next time we’re at the mall, it is great to have some healthy options at the mall besides the usual, food court fare.

OMG! Finally got to try Sweetgreen and it was so worth the wait! Sweetgreen is right at Keystone mall which is pretty accessible. I visited for lunch and ordered a Shroomami bowl with roasted sesame tofu, warm portobello mix, raw beets, cucumbers, basil, warm wild rice, shredded kale and miso sesame ginger dressing. The salad was warm, nutty, flavorful and SO healthy which I absolutely love!
Sweetgreen has season specials and this time around i saw a butternut squash special. Love the compostable bowls and quick lines which make it easy to order and leave.
A great place to eat for healthy options (both adults and kids) huge portions which do not need anything else on the side (although they did provide wheat bread)

Eating healthy can also be extra tasty. They have everything you need to make your salad or hot bowl as flavorful as you wish. The manager was extra nice to me. The young lady who made my food was very knowledgeable and very nice.
