This place is ran so much better. I travel all around the country but have been here in Vermont on and off for the past 2 years. This place was honestly bad bad, but I guess they have new management and all orders in the past 6 months have been absolutely superb, especially with my large orders when I’m buying pizza for the local residents. Look at the past few reviews in the past 4-6 months and that improvement becomes clear. A friendly reminder that we are more likely to leave negative reviews when upset than we are when satisfied — I’m a hypocrite for this as I’m finally leaving this review after 5+ months of consistency which, to be honest, is unreasonable.

Normally i love how fast my order arrives, still warm, good size portions. amazingly kind drivers. I ordered only 3 things tonight. Knowing they are very busy. I got told it would be 25 to 45 minute wait. I waited over a hour for my food. The women who delivered my food i tipped with $4.00 in quarters and she complained it was change.

After waiting for 40 minutes for someone to answer the phone we drove to the store, still on hold. Only one worker, who took the order personally. We ordered meatZZa with peppers and onions and a pepperoni. Both gluten free. After getting our order (I should have checked it before leaving the store) we discovered there was no meat at all on the meatZZa . We live 30 minutes away so we weren’t going back. After several attempts to contact the store we were unsuccessful.

So the “free pizza” is not in fact free if you just want the pizza, you have to spend at least an additional $10 just for them to bring it to you less then a minute down the road, and you can’t have it arranged for pick up either, what a rip off. Further more my fiance and I have found hair in our food several times upon delivery. Normally we enjoy dominos, but this one will never see my business again
