First time coming to the Carmel location and super disappointing! I ordered a shroomami bowl on the app for pickup. They were out of wild rice so I chose to sub for quinoa. Which was fine but it was such a small portion it didn’t app much substance. The tofu was sooo hard i could barely bite down on it and there were maybe 4 to 5 pieces. I pretty much ate a $13 bowl of chopped kale. I also chose the included bread in the app and didn’t get that either. The fashion mall location was amazing. I had the same bowl there and loved it. Save your money on this location.

My husband and I came here today and this guy over here is just amazing. So informative and lots of patience with all our questions and options. Might not be a very good choice of taking a picture of him but forgot to ask his name so yeah.
To the manager: please praise him for handling the floor alone (he was the only taking and making the order at that time everyone else was at the back)
The food itself was nice. We heard a good review about this place from a friend and didn’t regret coming here. The options were just healthy and doesn’t make you feel guilty for eating a lot I got myself hot honey chicken and my husband crispy rice bowl.

Not all Karins are bad
I just discovered this restaurant about a week ago and have tried 3 different bowls.
I love the concept and the menu items. I really like that they have more wholesome foods than nearby fast food options.
First order was the hot honey chicken bowl. Everything was so good, but the chicken was dried out and almost inedible. I pretty much ate around the chicken…but the other ingredients were good and the sauce was so tasty.
Second time, I tried the southwest type chicken bowl (can’t remember the name). Same problem as the first, dry chicken…like really dry. The ingredients also were lacking in the amount they gave.
This last time was today and I decided to try the Caramelized steak bowl. The steak was far worse than the chicken. It was almost as if it was scraps of steak that were cooked from 9 this morning until 7pm when I purchased my food. So so so disappointing especially when it cost nearly $20 to eat here.

Just ordered a to go order from this location and many things were missing. Got a custom bowl and paid extra for double spicy broccoli, roasted sweet potatoes, and roasted brussel sprouts that were ALL missing as well as the carrots (pictures included). My boyfriend ordered a steakhouse chopped and got 3 extra dressings, only two were included. He also paid for extra steak and they gave him the smallest portion possible. I was so excited to have a location closer to me and thought it being in Carmel would ensure good service, but I was wrong. Definitely not worth it since it was close to $70 with everything we paid extra for, and did not get, as well as our delivery and tip.

I’ll be raving about my chicken pesto parm bowl for days to come! This was the perfect lunch spot with my Fit4Mom friends & their kiddos (great kids menu too). I’m always looking forward fast, fresh and healthy options for my family and this is my new go-to!

The worst! I ordered the super green goddess, adding chicken and tomatoes, and they somehow left out the sweet potatoes and spinach, everything is stale and cold, and nothing tastes remotely fresh. Stay away from this location.

This is the 3rd time I’ve come to this location around 7:50pm (they close at 9:00pm) and they are out of white rice. Today they were also out of wild rice, leaving me no grain option as I don’t like quinoa. They said it would take an hour to make more rice and then weren’t willing to let me substitute it for a protein such as sweet potato. They were also out of cauliflower so I waited another 10-15 minutes for that. It’s ridiculous to continually be out of items you serve more than an hour before closing time. If your store really closes at 8 vs 9 pm update your hours. Very frustrating when you drive more than 15 minutes and they can’t serve what they advertise.

I love Sweetgreen, and this location I was especially impressed with. I felt they gave bigger scoop sizes than other locations, and it was particularly clean. The food here is so good!

Not sure what’s going on at this location.. I usually order it on Uber eats so keep that in mind… It’s happened about three or four times now in which I place an order and they are telling the drivers it’s picked up. Not sure if I have a super magical power of making food disappear, or Uber eats does but it’s getting annoying. Makes me eat less here because I have no time to pick it up.

Pretty disappointing experience with the garlic Parm romanesco. The item was listed at the calories I wanted but the server could not envision that as a bowl so I had to pivot to an item that was sub optional from what I wanted. Disappointing experience for a place that does custom bowls
